^yep.. that's one way to break a plateau din, imo. pag may nag p-pa spot din sa akin tinatanong ko kung positive o negative. o unrack / bigay lang.

you could workout before going to work.. or before going to bed. kung walang 24hr gym na available, bago ka pumasok sa work pwede naman. ganun ginagawa nang mga shifting namin dito sa planta.
