bro,..before photos my weight is 144lbs...bulking ako nun simula nov. 2012,...from 124lbs to 144lbs,..body fat is around 12-14%...yung present photos naman my weight is 135lbs,..body fat % is 7-8%....Thanks...

home workout
-everyday except sun.
-resistance band/powerband training
-skipping rope for cardio 30mins. twice a week
-body weight traning
-200reps. for push up and 150pull ups every morning...(compey prep.)
Gym
-twice a week lng ako mag gym
-full body workout
-focus (large muscle groups)
Diet:
-high protein
-low carb
-increased water intake
natural. no aas support. yan ang tanong ni allen. goodluck sa comp.

Plano ko kasi 140lbs at my height na pure maskels.. kahit wala na ko laman loob haha!
