@stannis: thanks! mahirap magbulk e, mabusisi lalo na kasi ayoko mawala sa condition para anytime na kelangan maging ripped, minimal adjustments lang at hind suicide cutting.
178lbs is my heaviest last july 2012. i bulk very slowly, longest is 6 months.

One thing, kung thick-skinned ka kung hindi masyadong angat yung straitions ng muscles mo kahit nasa lowest possible BF.
hindi na obvious yung stretch marks unless close up. and most of the time i do my cardio under the sun (shirt off) para dark color ko at pantay. i call that "tricks" hehe
most of my tie-ins/cuts are deep so kahit tumaas yung BF ko kitang kita pa rin yung muscle separation. mahirap maging natty bro. dami kelangan pagaralan to achieve the look you want.

in the long run, YES as long as you are consistent with your training and diet. mas madali kasi ito maexperience ng mga new lifters versus sa mga matagal na consistent lifters. not necessarily macoconvert (turn fat into muscle) but you will eventually change your body composition (gain muscle and lose fat=look better).

Gusto ko sana in 2 years (pag 30 nako) 185-190lbs @8-10% BF. Pero i wanna reach 200lbs @10-12%BF pag nasa 30's nako onwards. from there ewan ko na kung gugustuhin ko pa lumaki pa.
by that age kasi matured na talaga yung katawan ko. karamihan din sa mga natty bodybuilders on their prime ay nasa 30's (with atleast 10 years of training under their belt) at ang weight nila is from 170-200lbs with low BF and aesthetically pleasing.
grabe ang target ko lang is 170-175 8-10% bf para maka sampa. imba pala yang target mo dude! it will take a long time nga if ever. good luck!ah sorry i forgot you are 2 inches taller than me. that will make a difference nga if ever. pero kahit na, 190lbs @ 8% or lower is a killer! i know guys who compete @ 170-180 at your hight and they already look huge!
