hindi ba nasasama ang tricep kapag nag curl? kasi di ba pag binaba ung weight nag squeeze ang muscles ng tricep tapos kapag angat mo ng weight, nag extend naman ung mucles ng tricep. eh di compound sya.
ganun pala.. pag nag tricep ako ( i.e cable crushers, dips, ez bar press, triceps extension ) di na ko mag shoulder at bicep kinabukasan , compound pala sila eh.

Di ba po kahit biceps exercise gumagalaw din triceps along with other muscles? Pero ang mainly stressed muscle is biceps? And minimal stress only on triceps? Porket gumagalaw po ba ibang muscle group is it considered as compound or isolated? Like bench press which is chest right? Pasensya po newbie tambay here. Salamat po :sport:

nice. Ganda ng pwesto if you have power cage kaso matatanggal halos lahat ng equip mo dyan para sa power cage..anyways, all in one naman si power cage kaya super sulit din. Pa fabricate ka na lang as long as may blue print ka na siguro nun makakamura ka pa
Oo nga pala, 6 months pa lang ako na nag gym kaya i too still lots to learn! heheh welcome brah!
tama ka bro need ko na power cage. am lifting 100lbs na. sa deadlift 82lbs. sa squat 60lbs :verysad: dapat pala hindi dikit araw ng deadlift and squat. sumakit hita ko. pero it was very worth it

after reading some of the site articles and thread (march 23, 2013)
i decided to make time for workout in an informed and educated manner
i was back reading on this thread...what was suppose to be a simple introduction...napunta kung saan-saan, na hi-jack pa...he he he...and i guess will all know what happened after that...
if i may make a suggestion...gawa ka na ng journal mo bro...so our masters can actually guide you in reaching your goals...
btw, home gym din ako...no time pa to go to an actual gym....
