    Yes, according to you.

    Question po mga kuya
Di ba po kahit biceps exercise gumagalaw din triceps along with other muscles? Pero ang mainly stressed muscle is biceps? And minimal stress only on triceps? Porket gumagalaw po ba ibang muscle group is it considered as compound or isolated? Like bench press which is chest right? Pasensya po newbie tambay here. Salamat po :sport:

ok para malinawan ang karamihan for compound movements it comprises of recruiting at least a "major/big muscle group" (core, back, legs) and "minor/small muscle groups" (Biceps, triceps). and most of the compound movements are "multi-joint" movements (e.g. squat, Deadlift) while isolation is usually "single-joint" movement (e.g. curls). LOL!). so there is your answer para di ka maconfuse. :)

    Perfect.

    Example.....
    Compound vs. Isolation

Compound : Bench Press - Chest, Triceps, Delts

Isolation : Bicep Curls - Biceps
