there is nothing wrong w/ deloading a bit of weight kung di mo talaga kaya coz it will only warrant injury if things go wrong, pero never resort to deloading too much weight then doing it on the "highest" rep range to the max coz that will also be useless in keeping those muscles.

1. Adequate ang food intake mo at di ka naglift ng weight sa loob ng 3 weeks. Maipepreserve mo pa ang muscles.
2. Di ka nagmiss sa workout mo pero very low ang food intake mo sa loob ng 3 weeks. Muscle loss ang sasapitin.
IMO, sir kanya kanyang str and weaknesses talaga because of genetics. Wala akong maisip na ibang explanation except some people are built for pulling/pushing.
-Anatomical structure
-Genes; weak/lagging body parts(but should not be an excuse)
-Not training enough with the other lift
-Training patterns/specializing on one lift
on your 3rd order, meaning strenghthen the assisting muscles, right? ...like triceps and forearms to bench?
Yung sa 2nd yan Sir. Yung third is not giving that much attention to the lift like in my case puro DB's ako ngayon sa chest since I'm working on hypertrophy.

Squat 300 lbs, Deadlift 400, Bench 200 by June
Ang Current lifts ko ay:
Squat - 150, Deadlift 200, Bench 90 :P

Want my honest opinion? Possible though hindi sya magiging madali. you will have to step up your game sa lifiting, nutrition, and rest, in short you'll have to push your limits sa gym then eat really well and rest properly. kasi the way i see dun sa mga journal logs mo (and i know you have2 or perhaps more) lifting seems to be not much of a priority to you since nagaaral ka pa w/c is somewaht understandable and i'm NOT saying your "convictions" w/ lifting is much less than any of us here. All i'm saying is you'll have to set your mind "what comes first" sa priorities mo.
Now you can do this two ways either you make this your goal by the end of 2013 and set a bit lower benchmark goals for june. Or you can still stick w/ this as a goal for june 2013 and set a higher goal by the end of the year. Nothing wrong setting a a very high goal just make sure it is "achievable" and and if ever you don't reach the goal at the expected time frame, DON'T QUIT or LOSE HEART. don't be afraid of failing on a very difficult goal, be more afraid of achieving an easy goal because you have definitely "sold yourself short" in reaching your maximum potential.
one thing you must always remember when setting goals is you need to work on the "longer" term goals to the shortest ones backwards actually pag malapit mo na kasi ma -achieve ung long term goals mo ay hindi mo usually namamalayn na-achive mo na yung short term goal mo.
