    From experience and theory (based on what I've read). Standing is the natural way of doing MP since your entire body is in a straight line upon pressing the weight. For me it's also the most comfortable and safer method especially when unracking the bar and pressing the initial rep just in case you have shoulder problems, since you can use a bit of push from your knees on the first rep.

    You can also generate more strength when doing MP in a standing position since you need to fire up all of the remaining muscles in your body: legs, glutes, core, lats and you can firmly plant your feet on the floor to generate more power and stability.

    The only benefit that I see in doing this seated is to eliminate the use of your knees when pressing the weight up. Kaso most people tend to lean too much in order to press heavier weight turning it into a incline press instead.

    nag seseated ako sir sa flat bb benchpress, pabaligtad, papasok ko ulo ko tapos sa batok at balikat ko mag sisimula, although medyo mahirap, lol

    update:

    started lifting heavy weights again last friday. this time around, naka supporter briefs na lang ako. eh problema since saturday parang feeling punong puno yung tiyan ko parati. kahit konti lang kinakain ko, parang busooooog na busoooog na busog ako tapos tipong masikip sa loob ng tiyan.

    what do you think?

    mas ok kung natural, inom ka lang ng mga cranberry juices. or gusto mo gawa ka shake ng cranberry juice with spinach raw. yan lang. nde mo need ng gamot.
