Unfortunately tama si bodybuild. Diet at consistent exercise lang talaga katapat nito. Problema ko rin kasi ito kaya ang hirap ng sacrifice para lang bantayan yung pag lamon. Kailangan mawalan ka ng body fat overall bago ka makakita ng pagbabago.

titigas lang taba mo diyan. situps wont eliminate your belly fats. do hiit cardio, limit your calories a day, lift heavy ass weights. do legs, core workout.
Uh... ok let me STOP you right there! when we say "diet" it doesn't only mean you'll have to cut down carbs and not eating it at night, it means checking the amount of food (in calories) you eat and calories you burn (during workout or any other activity during the day) day-in, day-out you can't cant just simply cut down your carbs entirely to a very low amount just to lose fat, why? carbs are the easiest macro to be broken down to glucose w/ is the "preferred" energy source of our entire body and cutting that out while not preparing for an alternative source of energy for your body is gonna do you more harm than good. I can somehow sense kasi that you are already on a very low calorie deficit (or maybe it just my assumption). anyhow try working on your macro distribution better, there is nothing wrong w/ eating carbs, nothing wrong either eating them at night. remember though that "excess" calories are the ones making people fat not carbs, not fat, but the excess intake of it. HTH.
