I am stuck at 90lbs because I get a sharp pain in my triceps (part nearest the elbow) when I increase the weight above 90lbs.
Trying to figure out what wrong so I can lift more.
could be tendinitis. have it checked bro. also, have someone check your form when you lift. baka off ng konti position sa bench and that could also cause strain in the elbow joint.
if all of the above prove nothing, try getting an elbow support and use it on the heaviest lift. dun lang muna sa heaviest para di masanay yun joint na may external support.
tska kapag yung spotter ang actually nag li-lift sa bar, parang wala maxado effort na ung bumubuhat, you can do double nor triple of your maximum lifting weight.

110 yung starting ng drop set ni scott pero si scott if i remember it correctly lagpas 10 years na nagbubuhat kasing tanda ko siya 27 years old pero si scott mga 13-14 years old( i forgot the exact age) basta early teens nasa golds gym venice beach na nagtratrabaho at nagbubuhat

300lbs with spotter 4reps flat bench (pag ganado hahaha) 2-3 sets
syempre warm up muna para walang aray hahah

Is that possible? No offend bro pero baka hirap masyado yung spotter mo baka sobra na yung effort niya sa pagtulong sayo.
Doing barbell curls or rows on the same bar being benched ain't the right way to spot someone. That's plain ego lifting.

added 10lbs this morning.. now at 140lbs x 6 feeling strong na un.. but still weak for my height/weight...haha!

proper form witch 1 sec positive and 3 sec negative..nagagawa ko lng to pag may creatine ako pag wala e 140 failure na ako sa 8 reps
start >> 100lbs - 10 reps, 80lbs - 15 reps, 50lbs - 20 reps, 80lbs - 15 reps, 100lbs - 10reps (2 sets nito)
ganito parati sa flat bench and inclined.. pag dating ko ng declined, ngalay na kaya 70lbs - 12 reps na 3 sets na. wit ko na keri mag pyramid ditey.
