    i have my share of these days... lol!oo nga pala, nainom na ulit ako ng whey ngayun. ayos naman ang lasa ng mutant whey specially para sa mga nag titipid. i think, isa to sa mga pinaka sulit na protein blend right now in the market so i would recommend it para sa mga gustong mag try. 10lbs for 3.6k sulit!

    ou nga sulit 1k difference s ON 10 lbs..

    ^ para sakin kasi mahirap sabihin na its effective right away kasi you have to use it for a long time. you have to stably use whey protein sup for a period of time to tell if its doing its job, like maintaining muscle or even to help you grow. like what we always use to say about proteins, "protein is protein" kahit sa anong pagkain mo pa nakukuha as long as you have sufficient load ina a day then its good.
