hello po, ayos lang po ba ang mag weightlifting ako sa bahay? goal ko po kasing magkaroon ng magandang katawan kasi payat aq 15 yrs. old 5.5 ang height , may-ari po kasi aq ng computer shop kya d q maiiwasan mag computer araw-araw. pero po gumawa aq ng dumbbell na semento.. bicep,triceps at abs lang naman po ang papalakihin q ayos lang po ba yun? suggest naman po kayo ng mga pwdeng gawin q.. thnx
