I started working out lastyear august 2012, almost almost 4 to 5 times a week ako nagwoworkout every week. my improvement nman, ang weight ko non almost 150. amino lng ang supplements n iniinom ko.

monday - chest and triceps
tueday - sholder and back
wednesday - rest
thursday - chest - biceps
friday - sholder and back
sat and sun - rest
but this january almost weekend nlng ako nkakapagworkout because nagkawork n ko.

as the masters always say dito sa pbb, eat like a monster and lift heavy ass weights...
saka boss, post ka din ng pics para ma assess ng mga masters natin...
ano po bang ang mga kinakain natin ngayon? kasi kahit sa akin, challenge talaga ang bulking, boss.
Morning - 1 cup rice, egg or fish
Lunch - 1 cup rice or 1.5 cup of rice, either meat or fish, gulay
Meryenda - snacks, biscuit or babanaQ
dinner - 1 cup rice or 1.5 cup of rice, either meat or fish, gulay
before nung wala pko work 4 to 5 times ako nagwoworkout, then nung nagkawork nko every weekend nlng ako nkakapagworkout.
ito po ung sched 9am to 6pm - monday to friday
ah ok sir, salamat sir, kailangn tlaga kain lng ng kain, ung supplement kht 2times a week lng ako nagwoworkout ok lng po b yon
tama boss margel ang mga sinasabi ng mga master dito, kain lang ng kain. super challenge din sa akin ngayon magpalaki kasi hindi na ako sanay kumain ng madami. pero sabi nga mga masters dito, mabuti na yung may pondo, mas magandang tingnan. kaya LAMON boss margel!

chest - 80lbs up to 120lbs
sholder - 50lbs up to 80lbs
back - 70lbs up to 110lbs
mababait boss mga masters dito kaya tanong lang po ng tanong. very much willing naman silang mag share eh..
