Injury Update:
Sobrang sakit pa rin ng left knee ko. Mentally frustrating dahil hindi ko alam kung hangang kelan ako maghihintay guminhawa sya. Ayaw ko pacheck up dahil I'm hoping na makukuha pa sa pahinga. I train with caution but I still push it as far as my body can handle. I'm not trying to impress anyone not even myself na kaya ko pa rin magheavy kahit may threatening injury. It's just how I happened to be.
bro pag umabot ng 1 week na siya sumasakit pa check up mo na. mahirap yan kasi sa joint. BTW ang bigat niyang 330 lbs ah haha. hindi pang impress yan, pang motivation sa ka pbb yan haha
@Core Oo, Yung left leg ko yung stronger leg ko at pang talon ko. Ngayon nagsuffer na siya kakacompensate sa weakness ng right leg ko.

I'm satisfied with my training today, simple but productive. Pinapakiramdaman ko pa left knee ko. Strength is there, but my knee cant handle heavy loads during prolonged sets. Anything above 300lbs very stressful na after 3 reps. There were I think 2-3 reps na nagbuttwink ako dahil parang right leg ko lang ang umaangat but nevertheless things went smooth and I didn't struggle as i thought i would.
Hinay hinay lang muna sa training, take it easy for a bit and let your body heal and catch up with all the stress you have been putting on it, training and life in general. Then hit it hard again once you are fully healed!

This is my meal plan from September 4 to October 4. I didn't count macros (It's hard not to) but I ate the same thing weekly so that it will be easy to eliminate this and that. I cook the meat and veggies and the rest I buy it from the same source, same gotohan, same bakeshop, same branch. Weekends are more flexible, there were 2 days where i replaced my favorite goto combo meal with 2 cheese burgers, 2 chicken fillet sandwich and chicken fillet with rice but again same order for those 2 days. Other than that, the only extra meal I had was a large plate of pasta with pesta and chicken and a huge meat calzone last October 4.

Since part ng diet ko ang lugaw, recently aside from the regular laman like isaw and twalya... pinapalagyan ko ng extra DUGO sa halagang 5 pesos per serving. Sa estimate ko it's close to 100g of betamax. Ok, so masarap sya at sobrang mura. Nacurious ako about it and did a little reseach. Eto nakita ko
SWAK na SWAK sa bulking, pasok sa macros and WTF ang mura!!!!!
My sources are not reliable kasi random sites lang mga tinignan ko. Pero parehas ang nutrition facts na nilagay nila. Even the Nutrition facts of our very own dinuguan is f*cking high in protein. So this lead me to believe na this could be an alternative source of protein para satin na tight on budget.
Ofcourse kelangan pa rin tayo maging maingat kasi di natin alam kung malinis ba ang pagkaluto sa betamax na bibilhin natin. It's a risk, but not bad sa konting barya. Siguro kung gipit talaga pwedeng panawid macros.
Again, I would only consider this an alternative kahit napaka-tempting nya isama sa diet because of the protein content and it's very cheap. I would still favor health over muscles. :flex:

**All squat variations were done using wide stance, wide stance din sumo DL. Nanghihina tuhod ko or baka hesitant lang talaga ako sa kaya kong gawin dahil sa injury. Anyway, masaya na din ako at nakakapagbuhat pa ako. Dami halimaw kanina sa gym parang group workout ni branch warren, flex wheeler at frank zane. nanood na lang yung mga tao sa gym. Nung nagbihis ako sa CR naka open yung utility room sa gym, pagsilip ko grabe sako sakong bote ng roids, heringilya, boxes ng kung ano anong gamot etc. all for disposal! Parang sa hospital lang hehe. Atleast maayos at responsible sila sa pagdispose ng mga ganun kasi mahirap na mapulot ng nangangalakal ng basura yung mga hazardous waste.

Nung nagbihis ako sa CR naka open yung utility room sa gym, pagsilip ko grabe sako sakong bote ng roids, heringilya, boxes ng kung ano anong gamot etc. all for disposal! Parang sa hospital lang hehe. Atleast maayos at responsible sila sa pagdispose ng mga ganun kasi mahirap na mapulot ng nangangalakal ng basura yung mga hazardous waste.
