Ayon so don't go on the path of doing strength programs if your goal is to build your body go for the bodybuilding approach, just for the basics strength training deals with the heavy 1-5 rep range while the Bodybuilding approach of training goes with volume and the heavy lifting of 8-12 + + rep range , sabi nga nila "train the way you want to be" if your goal is to be good in bball do plyo and bball drills, if you want to be a boxer train like a boxer, if you want to be a mma fighter train like an mma fighter, so if you want to build your body train like a bodybuilder

Yup, kasi I am sticking 100% sa goal ko, kahit anong inggit much sa mga GWO na anlalaking tao, demonyo o suhol at yung mga epic bro science sa Miga Pawir gym..
Hindi kasi ako believer ng papalit palit ng program eh, gusto ko stick lang ako sa ganung program na inumpisahan ko at onting modified para di nakaka boring.
So to share, ang unang goal ko talaga lumakas at alam ko on the way liliit yung tyan ko which is yun lang naman gusto ko talaga sa una...

I think when training for strength, it's better to stick with program even for long. With exception to taxing heavy-programs, a week of rest after the program is a must.
Basta OP, stick to your goal.. "To lose fat and gain muscle" lahat ng klaseng ensayo mangyayari to, nagkakatalo lang sa pagkain at sa atake ng training mo.

ewan ko boss vinch pero nung nag SL5x5 ako I eat like a gangster hehe.. nandyan yung isa't kalahating buong manok at 500g-1k bigas na kanin every meal.. halos mamatay ako sa kinakain ko for january to april.
Kaya siguro nung nag cut ako at nag palit ng program atleast may pundasyon ng konti na gusto ko sa size ko at naiwan kahit papaano nung nag reduce.
Tinesting ko rin yung SL5x5 sa cut, hindi ko kinaya o ng katawan ko mag SL5x5 under my deficit kaya binago ko as RPT .
