ahahaha! panay nga paalala nila sakin kanina dun eh, sabi "mabigat na yan ah wala kang belt?" sagot ko na lang wala kaya naman eh. nasa isip kagad nila injury eh porket 4 na 45lbs naka salpak sa bar. lagi na lang ba akong magpapaliwanag na im training raw at maiiwasan ang injury kung tama naman ang form lol!
hehehe mas takot pa sila para sayo eh. saka isa pa kaya mo ngaineensayo para lumakas ka para walang strength imbalances.magaan pa yan fafa dalts kay sir milk alam ko 250 yata ang full stack ng seated machine rows sa mascu eh (tama ba sir milk) mani lang din kay sir milk yun pag nasa condition sya hehehe
ahahah semi rant yung ginawa ko ah! old school talaga sila DS pag madami nang naka salpak na plates sa bar need mo na din mag suot ng belt ahahaha! hindi na nga sumasakin lower back ko ngayun after mag DL's di tulad nung nag start pa lang ako na kasabay mo mag heavy. ngayun parang wala lang sa kroc rows ako nag eenjoy ngayun kaya lang wala nang mas mabigat pa sa 100lbs na db sa mascu eh.
nothing wrong naman actually being "old school" pagdating sa training yun lang talaga prob about sa belt it beats kasi the very purpose na pinalalakas mo core mo tapos gagamit ka ng support. Oh well yaan mo sila, like i always say kanya kanyang trip lang yan hehehe. wala bang DB handles sa mascu na pwede ka mag assemble din ng DBs?
Hehehe Sir milk ah basta ako I say "No To Mediocirty" not only i wanna push my limits but also reach my maximum potential and I wanna become awesome (w/c is far from my current level yet right now) before i kick the bucket in this life. but it doesn't mean i won't train in a SMART fashion. So they can keep their "mediocrity" (because of being afraid of getting out of their comfort zones and being unable to overcome adversity), I'll keep my "small achievements" mine. hehehe
