    nice lifts! sarap nang olympic bar tapos laki plates.
    ok sigaw lang paminsan... ok lang grunt mo din. walang basagan nang trip! :)

    zack nakakahiya ang squats ko pareho lang tayu nang binubuhat pag dating dyan, to think na mas advance na ako sayu ahahaha. i really hate squats lol pero what can i do you need to hit them kahit paminsan minsan para naman magka laman ang legs. keep ip ap zack!

    zack yung squat mo hanggang saan?i mean your form?ala kbang prob sa lower back?yung bar nyo olympic bar din?

    High Bar, drive hips backward, thighs parallel to the ground.. next time squat naman ang popost ko na pic ko ehehe

    yup olympic bar. ndi naman sumasakit lower back ko.. nasanay lang cguro. i started kc really really light :D

    ah ok, parallel upto how low i mean? kasi ako kapag mas lower na mahihirapan na ko magstarting position kaya hanggang 130lbs lang ginagawa ko with olympic bar din..kasi me lower back prob ako since college..yung ibang nagsquat smin kainggit nga eh..super low na tlaga tapos ambigat pa ng binubuhat..parang ala lang...parang hobby lang kung magsquat...

    parang equal sign na ung sahig at ung hita.. usually mas mababa pa dito..
    pero ndi mababang mababa as it is prone to injuries...

    Sa squats right now olympic style sinusundan ko medyo nakabukaka tapos almost ass to grass :)

    and again for those reading, it's always best to take advantage of the safety features of the machines you are using and have someone look after you. Amen :D
