zack nakakahiya ang squats ko pareho lang tayu nang binubuhat pag dating dyan, to think na mas advance na ako sayu ahahaha. i really hate squats lol pero what can i do you need to hit them kahit paminsan minsan para naman magka laman ang legs. keep ip ap zack!
ah ok, parallel upto how low i mean? kasi ako kapag mas lower na mahihirapan na ko magstarting position kaya hanggang 130lbs lang ginagawa ko with olympic bar din..kasi me lower back prob ako since college..yung ibang nagsquat smin kainggit nga eh..super low na tlaga tapos ambigat pa ng binubuhat..parang ala lang...parang hobby lang kung magsquat...
