thanks sir for clarifying so for that case,kung mag deficit ako liliit size ko and muscle matitira..so di talaga mababawasan fat ko without going deficit?,could I still gain muscle even if di ako nag bulk,increase lang protein?

question po ok lang po ba di na ko masyado mag bulk kasi satisfied na ako sa size ko maintenance na lang and just eat more proteins para un fats maging muscle,based sa BMI calculator around 16.25% body fat ko
