@rtravino29 - Hahaha, ayos lang yun. At least naka 2 reps ka and nalagpasan yung takot. Pero sa ngaun, stick muna kami dun sa 220 lbs hanggang makarami with good form.

Etong mga naka raaang araw, napasabay ako sa gym PT at isa pang malaki. Well, good for me ... kahit sobrang sakit ng chest ko at nanlalambot ang legs, nakakuha ako ng new PRs Barbell Squats : 220 lbs x 4 Flat Barbell Bench Press : 240 lbs x 4 Ciao!
