Ask ko lang kung okay yung JUMP ROPE for 30 minutes during my active rest days?
Okay ba sa fat burning itong cardio work out na toh? And sa totoo lang how long po ba kayo mag cardio para ma maximize ang fat loss?

20-28 min. (4 sets of sprints [30 sec fast run - 30 sec sprint = 1 min slow jog] )
2 min. jog
5 min. cool down
total time 35 min.
