What is your Cardio Exercise?

Ask ko lang kung okay yung JUMP ROPE for 30 minutes during my active rest days?
Okay ba sa fat burning itong cardio work out na toh? And sa totoo lang how long po ba kayo mag cardio para ma maximize ang fat loss?

    Hiit sa Treadmill
    fav. ko

    1-20 min. Jog
    20-28 min. (4 sets of sprints [30 sec fast run - 30 sec sprint = 1 min slow jog] )
    2 min. jog
    5 min. cool down
    total time 35 min.

    para mamaximize mo ung fatloss ng cardio

    Cardio ko ay 10 mins of threadmill
    1st min walk
    2nd min run
    vice versa hanggang maging 10 mins na

    20 mins of HIIT search nyo po sa youtube, patayan pero achievement kapag natapos mo ung 20 mins!

    20 mins includes yung warm up ung actual hiit and cool down

    cardio ko yung mismong pagbaba ng MRT ortigas station to emerald avenue building namin hehehe magiging brisk walking pag malalate na ko.. Other than that wala na .hehe

    Tinry ko mag jumping rope ngayon hiit 25 mins. Ala lang na isipan ko lang gawin. Hindi siya patayan pero iba kesa sa pag jogging. Hehehe try niyo din....

    Ahhh pag kakaintindi ko kasi pag patayan overtrain na sir!!! Hehehe 24 lbs na nawala skin sa jump rope kya dko siya maiwan heheheh^ kasama na din pala proper diet and str training. Hehe

    swimming is also a good cardio exercise during your off training days.

    bring your kids or love ones bonding na rin kayo.

    ako tricking ang napipili kong active rest day exercises hehehe.... kaso di pa ko marunong stretching pa lang alam ko hehe

    Nice yan pre sa cardio, at may kasama pang martial arts moves yan =) at flexibility.

    I think aerobic work out is best way to get great results in natural way and be fit, i also doing aerobic work out in early morning, cookies, or Melba roasted breads....

    Her is my cardio routine
    1st min walk
    2nd min jog then few minutes for running.

    cardio ko kanina sa threadmill @ 8.0 inclined, kasi may gumagamit ng bench:

    1 minute - 6 KmPH
    30 sec - 13 KmPH
    1 minute - 6 KmPH
    30 sec - 13 KmPH
    2 minutes - 6 KmPH
