other than MM and whey, galing na sa whole foods yung iba like para mahit yung macros ko na 25P/50C/25F @ 3300calories. everyday: fish oil, extra virgin olive oil, brown rice (or sweet potato sometimes), milk, and meat (chicken breast or beef).

If I start taking this one, what would be the suggested intake? Pre & post workout?
By the way, I workout 3-4 times a week. Weekdays after office hours, mga 8pm ako nakaka punta sa gym, weekends afternoon ako nasa gym.
mga sir, mas effective ba ang Mutant mass compared sa Serious mass? currently yun ang ginagamit ko but I'm running out of stock balak ko sana magpalit. Thanks
in my case, depende sa magiging activity level ko sa araw na yun at depende sa pagkain na kakainin ko sa araw na yun. Usually sa rest day, ang macro ko sa carbs is 38%-45% (1 scoop with 1.3 cups of brown rice uncooked sa day na yun) vs 50% (3 scoops minimum with 1 cup of brown rice uncooked sa araw na yun) during active days (Monday to Fri). may araw na di ako nagtetake ng mutant mass pag enough na yung carbs ko sa araw na yun.

lagnat after intense training tapos walang ganang kumain, dahil kaya sa mutant mass un? first time ko gumamit kahapon pagkatapos ng training ko, ngaun wala akong gana kumain, naka encounter na ba kayo ng ganto?
Walang ganitong flavor sa CnC lat week. di na ako nakaantay nabili ko Triple Choco flavor. Maliban sa CnC san pa pwede makabili within the metro ng ganitong flavor?
sadya bang mabilis wala ang nilaki mo pag tinigil mo ang pag inom ng mass gainers? papano siya ma reretain try niyo din ang triple chocolate masarap din sya.
Mutant Mass din ginamit ko for one year pero yung Cookies and Cream. Okay lang naman yung lasa pero feeling ko mas masarap yung vanilla hehehe maitry nga. sana may 17lbs pa

bilis magkaubusan ng Mutant Mass Vanilla Ice Cream dito kaya bumili na ako ng two bags. too bad wala na yung 17lbs promo, balik 15lbs na ulit.
Ano kaya mas okay, Mutant or Nitro Tech? Malaki kaya ang difference nila?

1 scoop Pre workout
1 scoop Post workout
yung 2 other scoops anytime
pero pag may malaking sweet potato ako sa workout day, around 2 scoops lang ang nacoconsume ko.
