ok ba ung payo ng trainor ko na 6 days a week ang training and sunday lang ang rest, sabi ko baka ma overtrain naman ako, sabi nya hindi daw kasi dapat sya din daw overtrain, twice a week mag chest, twice a week mag back, help po mga master kung ok lang ba un?

Pili ka lang ng isang exercise kung gustuhin mong i isolate yung biceps mo, maganda na siguro yung dumbell curls o barbell bicep curls isa lang jan. My two cents
