oo nga bro, nagbabasa basa naman ako ng mga thread,i sure ko lang talaga kung pare pareho ang suggestions..
as for amino acid blends hindi lahat nang amino acids nakukuha natin or nag sta-stay sa system natin on a daily basis sa mga nakakain natin sa meals or sa powdered protein
this is one supp (or bcaa) that i use if i train consistently since mapili ako sa mga pagkain kaya hindi lahat nakukuha ko..
kaya nga supplement, para madagdagan yung mga kakulangan na kailangan mo kapag actively ka nagbubuhat or any active lifestyle that compromises your amino intakes.
hindi mo mararamdam ang effects nang amino acids (like fish oils, bcaa, etc. etc. except pre-wo supps)
again, i speak for myself based on experience... nasubukan ko to take and not take amino acids during my training... this is my personal preference instead of taking protein powders.
as for the OP - hindi pa ba sapat sayo yung naka sulat na dosage or direction sa likod nang label? gusto mo pa may mag back up sa mga nababasa mo.
so kung may mag sabi na:
Take 4 tabs exactly 20 minutes upon waking up together with your protein shake
Take 4 tabs exactly 1 hour before your workout together with creatine and your pre workout drink
Take 4 tabs exactly 1 hour after your workout together with your post workout drink, glutamine and meal
Take 4 tabs 1 exactly 1 hour before you sleep together with your mass protein shake

Though nag tatake padin ako but i use the dyma brand, wala namang mawawala mura lag naman kase ito.
OP - since newbie ka palang, why not follow what is recommended sa label niya? Tapos pag may mga gains ka na, consistent intense training, numbers improved, nutrition is spot on, saka ka mag subok nang combination dosage based sa na u utilize ng system mo. Again, sa akin lang yun. Hindi ako guru o nag guguru-guruhan.
nakalagay boss eh consume 2 tablets before meal,and again before and after training,so 8 tablets tama ba boss?
afaik the usual recommended dosage of these supps are based on a 200lb active user. it would be quite tedious dissecting how many mg per amino vs pound/kg of weight (you can google it for more detailed info)
for noobs (which i was before and lots of my ex clients).. provided your macros are sufficient with your goals and training, i would say take 2 tabs before any meal and 2 tabs pwo... as you increase weight (lean muscle mass) and intensity of training, you can increase dosage and spread it during the day.
again, if youre getting enough source of amino acids from real foods, no need to super increase the intake of the amino supplement. i maybe wrong... just maybe.
