Grabe saludo ako sa inyo kumain ng itlog kung may alaga siguro kaung manok puro duguan siguro ung daluyan ng mga itlog. 2 lang maximum ko nasusuka na ako after. Pagka boil na pagka boil, patayin mo na yung apoy. Pero wag mo bubuksan dont let the steam escape. Pa babad mo lang sa boiled hot water yung eggs kung gano mo siya katagal gusto maluto. (1-2 minutes soft boiled) (3-5 medium range) (5 to 10 hard boiled or something close to it) this way hindi siya mag cracrack due to continuous exposure to the boiling point (212 degrees fahrenheit) at hindi mangingitim( sulfur in egg yolks turns black from overcooking)

Sa fried eggs naman omelette ang favorite ko. lagyan ng sili, sibuyas, kamatis, turmeric, freshly cracked peppercorns, rock salt, chicken breasts at patatas o cabbage.

Same technique. Pero inorder to save time. Hindi na'ko kukuha ng malamig na tubig. Nagiimbak na'ko ng eggs sa fridge, prior to that hinuhugasan ko muna yung eggs. Just get the eggs from the fridge the next day, put in the pot with tap water then boil, then let it the steam sit there (5mins for me). 10-15mins for perfectly hard-boiled egg!

do the math, more than 2years eating 8eggs a day, so 365days x2 x8 = 5840 eggs na nakain ko o sobra pa, egg is my staple protein source everyday. mapa prito or nilaga. and yet. im still normal. just saying!

HAHA. Bull sh*t talaga??? Magkaiba naman tayo ng katawan and thats how my body reacted. What can i do? . I eat the yolk part too and i think na sobrahan ako sa cholesterol. Hindi lang naman eggs ang source ng cholesterol kaya siguro tumaas... sarap kasi kumain. Ngayon hindi ko na naramdaman yun when i limit it to 2 eggs per day and clean eating. Subukan ko ulit kumain ng 3-6 eggs/day yung kagaya ng dati baka tama ka nga bro! hahah
