Hello pinoy bodybuilders!
I just started lifting weights 5 months ago.
I joined as a member of this site mainly because I don't want to just lift weights, I want to learn more about it! Marami akong natututunan na mga misinformation sa mga trainers sa gym, gusto ko naman mapa lawak yung knowledge ko about bodybuilding. I want to lift as heavy as I can, and as heavy as you! I will soon start a journal about my workout routines and I really hope to learn a lot from you guys!

Hi! It depends on what day it is! Chest day, Back day, Leg day haha. But I train at UP gym, gym along Kamias and Better bodies gym at Matalino st.! It's been a few weeks na, na hindi ako nag bubuhat. But I'll sure get back to my program soon!
