I'm a newbie

Hi sir ! , I'm just new here, Can you share/give me a workout program for beginners?
I'm 5'9 & 160lbs. 20% body fat. I just want a lean body.
Do i need a supplement or just a natural diet/ food intake and workout routines to build a lean body?
