i just need something small for home use po yung kaya ang 150-300lbs kasi hirap kung bubuhatin ko palagi para makapag squat. kahit 2nd hand okay lang basta yung somewhat small para hindi space consuming saka kasya sa pintuan. ive been to raon kaso no stock sila and may nakita ako something like this

Hindi kasya sa pinto kasi welded yung sa ensayo at lawis. Space consuming din hehehe just need something not too big. Kapag wala pa ako mahanap magpapawelding nalang ako hehehe
This pic made me curious. manboobs sya pero ng nadevelop na ung muscle nya gumanda na ung form ng chest nia.since my chest genes are fucked up(assymetrical). this gives me slight hope. lol
hehe lagi ako nanonood o nagvu-view ng mga transformation success stories possible talaga lahat basta reach for our goals lang. It takes long time and hard but really all worth it.
