hello new lang po ako dito

napadpad ako dito kasi naghahanap ako ng proper diet para sakin

di po ako nag gigym kasi di ko po goal mag palaki ng muscles, bodyweight workouts lang po ako at swimming and elliptical machine sa bahay

push ups, pull ups, squats, planks, side bridges and superman ang bodyweight workouts ko

swimming 3x per week, elliptical 3x per week din

ang pinaka goal ko po is palakasin ang core strength ko, nasa 0 level pa po kasi strength ko dahil ang job ko dati is non physical talaga

2nd goal is to lose belly fat, pero i don't intend to lose weight, maintain lang ng weight

nagbasa basa po ako sa diets secttion nyo pero parang na lost ako sa dami

ano po ba masasuggest nyo na diet na, thanks po ^__^

    Your goals will remain as goals if you won't lift weights especially your main goal which is core strength.

    well, ill just a make clarification on your second goal. the thing is you want to lose fat but you dont want to loose weight right? let me just say that it will not be possible to achieve this since you are not willing to do resistance training (lifting weights). let me give you a sample scenario here, if you are about 20% BF right now and weighing 160lbs and when time comes you hit 15% BF your weight will not be the same 160lbs anymore since you did not replace any of those fat lost with muscle mass. its simple right? you can lower your BF anytime you want but you can never gain or retain weight without doing any serious lifting.

    di ko po kasi pwede alisin sa activities ko ang swimming kaya di po ako pwedeng mag lift ng weights

    kahit ung bodyweight squats di pwede before mag swimming

    I have a friend na swimmer but he lifts hard.. Core training sya doing SL5x5.. I have my niece din na nagstart na mag lifts.. She's a varsity in San Beda, NCR overall champion sa pasay.

    Nasa pagkain mo yan magdidikta kung lalaki ng todo o hindi.

    If you are doing your exercises as you've stated, yes papayat ka but with not great results na inaasam asam mo.. end up ? Frustration..

    my 2 cents.

    Even girls can lift kaya we don't have any reason by not doing so

    Hi everyone it's Natalie Brown here. I love to do exercising i'm a fitness freak, i have a proper healthy diet full of nutritions and proteins. Last summer i accidently fractured my left leg so it's hard for me to walk alone now a days I'm living in supported living community and feeling very well here because of the medical services in this community. Now i can walk alone but for starting exercise i need some time because of my age the recovery process is quite slow.
