good day, fellow Spartans
been working out from almost 3 months now... from 135 lbs, 158 lbs na ko. finally, wala nang tumatawag sa'kin ng mapayat at mahina. iba na nagyon kundi; 'macho / lumalaki na katawan natin ah / palaki ka pa ng katawan, Kratos ka na'. insecurity compelled me to hit the gym. thrice a week lang ako nagji-gym, because i have work and church duties. never pa kong nag take ng supplements, just generic multivitamins. can't afford any of those expensive whey protein products, so i made this formula from Birch Tree and Enervon HP that i take only after working out. of course, kain lang ako ng kain ng marami; kanin-ulam combo. i get 5-6 hours of sleep everyday.
first question would be; dapat na ba ko mag take ng supplements? my brother's suggesting Amino 2222. or steady lang muna ko sa program ko?

134 to 153 in 3months lang? Ang laki ng tinaas sir ah.
Well since bulking yata ginagawa mo, wag amino 222, nakukuha mo naman sa mga pagkain yan kung ano laman nian(BCAAs), mag whey ka na lang sir

malakas na talaga ko kumain bago pa ko mag buhat. thing is, di naman ako tumataba. so, i stared working out. i did research first online, read some medical books, three semester din kase akong nag med school, and asked family and friends na matagal na sa ganitong endeavor. i was surprised sa mga kakilala kong na successful na sa body building, na ang pinaka initial advice / suggestion nila eh 'kumain ka lang ng marami. halos dumoble yung gutom at takaw ko nung nagbubuhat na ko; ganun pala yun, maya't maya nagugutom.

anyways folks, before, i was able to gain weight and build muscle by;
[Standard Meals]
- breakfast, lunch, dinner - 2 cups of rice each, more ulam, kung ano yung niluto ni mader
- Enervon HP (9.4g protein per 40g serving) plus and 2 sachets of Milo (4.4g protein total, 2.2g protein per 20g serving)
- i drink this 1) between Standard Meals, and 2) before and after workouts. and three times a week lang ako mag gym
i gained weight and muscle naman with this personal formula, from payatot 135lbs to 158lbs, to 163lbs, which yung pinaka mabigat ko na.
now, nasa 158lbs ako ulit, no gym kase for the past 3 months. then i learn the '1 gram protein per pound of body weight'. so now i have to consume 158 grams of protein on a daily basis...? because of this new found knowledge, i'm considering to buy whey protein, choosing between Gold Standard (24g protein per 30.4g serving) and Mutant Mass (26g protein per 130g serving). which do you think is the best? i think Gold Standard will be the winner here overall. siguro naman this this, masla laki pa ko with this new supplementation.
i was also advised to get micronized creatine monohydrate (3-5g a day), a Revicon a day, and fish oil capsules. and oats (6.8g protein per 40g serving) and isang banana sa protein shake ko.
