suggested home workout routine

mga sir tanong ko lng po kung may maisasuggest kayo na workout na sa bahay lang ginagawa? wala pa po kasing time para makapag gym dahil sa sched sa skul hehe.mga sir newbie pa lng po eh

    simulan mo muna cguro sa goal mo. Kung magpapalaki ka ng katawan or fat loss. Then sunod na lang kung anong workout program pwde mo subukan. Search mo lang dito bro.. may archive dito ng mga programs for different kind of workout.
  • push up, 1st close push up, 2nd regular push up, 3rd wide push up.. yan po or kung gusto mo mag pull ups kapa at dips... tpus pede ka din mag abs workout
