Guys bago lang po ako d2 sa site na toh, gusto ko po sana magpaturo ng bodybuilding.
nag woworkout na po ako dati, pero gusto ko po sana malaman kung papano maging bodybuilder.

e2 po yung recent workout routine ko
Monday
Chest and Triceps
For chest workout I do 70 lbs. for warm up. then 90 for second set and 100 for third set. After this dumbbell 3 sets again.
This will apply on inclined and Flat bench po pero sa declined po hindi po ako nag dudumbbell.
Then after po nung mga yun mag Pull over po ako then Transition to tricep po.
Tuesday
Shoulder and Biceps
Military Press
50lbs. then add po ako nang 5 lbs after set. 3 sets din po.
lateral raises
front raises
same pounds lang po sila 10lbs. lang po.
then Biceps no po Preacher curls tapos seated dumbbell curls, one arm dumbbel curls alternate po.
Wednesday - REST
Thursday Back and abs
Lat pull down
Chin up - usually yung machine po yung ginagamit ko.
then dead lift
barbell row
one-arm dumbbell row
abs machine
sit ups
Friday Legs
Leg Press
seated leg curl and lying leg curl po
standing calf raise and seated calf raise.
lahat po sila tag 3 sets tapos yung range po nung reps ko 10-12 po.
supplements po na iniinum ko yung Gold standard 100% Whey.

Gusto ko po kasi matututo mag body building roughly 63kg po ako ngayon pero may mga FATS po sa katawan gusto ko po sana madevelop yung muscle po.
