  • mga sir bago din ako hehe.. nakakabusog po ba ung pag inom ng mass gainer? halimbawa ung 4 scoops lang walang kasamang pagkain? kasi ang hirap mag gain ng weight kung mabilis mabusog kahit kakaunti lng ang kinain

    mas madali makabusog ang whole foods compared to mass gainers. so kung mabilis kang mabusog sa konting pagkain, then mass gainer is a good addition.

    i think this is what i need....

    add ko na rin...if medyo tight ang budget...alin ang dapat i-prioritize bilhin?
    mass gainer or whey?

    Whey pure protien ihalo mo yung whey protien sa gatas at saging = mass gainer na din hehehehe.
    Mass gainer , pampalaki ng payat puwede pamalit pagkain
    Creatine , ay hindi katulad nung nasa taas. Pampalakas ng muscle tsaka pampalaki. Siya yung fuel ng muscle para di mapagod agad = mas madami reps or mas mabigat kaya mo buhatin. May studies din na yung creatine eh isang myostatin blocker ang myostatin ay yung nag lilimit sa muscle growth. Kaya pag na block mo ang myostatin wala na pipigil sa msucle mo para lumaki.

    well, kelangan mo din consider at iassess yung nutrition (target macros) nyo sir aside sa budget. then after assessment, piliin nyo yung kelangan nyo:

    cheapest protein supplement: PM7 5lbs + pwede din kayong gumawa ng sarili nyong mass gainer.
    cheapest mass gainer supplement: Mutant Mass 17 lbs

    i'm taking PM7, and on my 2nd bag na at the moment...
    na mention kasi earlier that mass gainer will be good for those na madaling mabusog,
    which i think will apply to me...

    just to give you an idea....
    kapag yung pecho (PM2) sa Mang Inasal ang lunch ko. usually di na ko na na-aavail yung extra rice...
