New to Supplementation

Mga sir! Tanong ko lang kung okay lang ba ang paraan ko ng pag-take ng supplement (Whey and Creatine)

Non-workout days
Morning: Pagkagising; empty stomach. I take 1 scoop whey with milk+1 teaspoon creatine(rekta sa bibig) hehe. natuto na
Night: Before matulog 1 scoop whey with milk

Workout days
Morning: Pagkagising; empty stomach. 1 scoop whey with milk
After workout: 1 scoop whey + 1 teaspoon creatine
Night: before matulog 1 scoop whey with milk.

Okay lang po ba yung way ko ng pag-take ng supplement? Gusto ko po sana magpa-bulk. Nama-maximize ko po ba yung effect nung whey and creatine? TNX! (:

  • kung gustu mo maximize bulk mo klngan kumain halimaw ka naka creatine kpa nmn at whey srap nian gwin mo lng clean bulk.. ayaw mo isabay sa whole foods yung whey?for me mas nkakapag focus ako sa whole foods tapos after nun saka ako nainom ng whey after kumain or in between meals..halos pareho lng tayo ng style kaso ako nka IF kc ako so lahat ng shake ko pos t w.o na pero kain muna ako tapos saka inum whey di ako ng whey on an empty stomach.. pero its your own preference nmn yan.
  • sa bulking pinakamahalaga ang caloric needs mo rather than timing nung supplements or yung paraan ng pag inom.

    regarding sa tanong mo. timing wise, mukhang ok naman. although yung sa morning you may get different opinions regarding sa inclusion ng milk.

    Sa umaga po kasi wla akong time kumaen ng breakfast. Pero minsan kpag may time nakakakaen nman ako, kanin yun and ulam. Pero kumakaen nman ako pag uwi ko galing school. Tapos papahinga lang saglit, matutulog for 1-2hrs. tapos kaen ulit ng merienda then buhat na. After mag buhat post workout shake then yung meal na.

    Masama po ba yung whey on an empty stomach? Parang may nbsa po kasi akong article na mgnda meal replacement ang whey if you dont have time to eat breakfast.

    Balak ko nga po sana bumili ng Serious Mass nagiipon pa po. Hehe. Good option po ba ang serious mass+whey? Or its okay na mag serious mass nlng ako and creatine, khit wla nang whey?

    Ano po yung about dun sa milk? Msma po ba sya sa umaga?

  • wala nmn masama bro mas prefered ko lng isabay sa whole foods.. if yan shoot sa sked mo okey nmn as long as sa isang araw e na kukuha mo ang macros mo tulad nga ng sabi ng mga masters meal frequency and timing is irrelevant.. saka nag skul ka need mo tlga kumain at wag mag pa lipas ng gutom :-)

    Salamat bro! Kapag tapos ko kasi kumaen parang sasabog yung chan ko, di ko na mainom whey sa sobrang bigat. LOL! Yup Im watching my macros carefully.

    but where is your Carbs?
    no carbs = no energy
    if carbs is not present = you cant burn fat

    ako yung whey intake ko post workout lang and pang habol ng protien pag di aabot yung ulam ko sa daily macros ko. =)

    Well ako ewan ko kung tama to haha sa PM7

    IF Leangains, first meal 11am last 7pm, workout time range 3pm - 6pm ( 1hr spent sa gym )

    1 drink for pre workout at 11am, 1 drink right after my workout, 1 drink for last meal at 7pm
    Rest days

    1 drink 11am, 1 drink 7pm.

    Hehe bahala na si batman... sana di sumabog kidney ko

    Di naman masama sa kidneys yung whey as compared sa ibang puwede i take like fat burners hehehe. Yung clen parang sasabog ako after uminom hehe

    ^all the benefits of fishoil are already available sa google. Even the elderly are recommended to take fishoil.

    one is heart health, pampaganda din ng skin(my wife pokes a hole thru the capsule and uses the oil on her face), joint?(not sure).

    I don't really notice any effect of it but they aren't called essential fatty acids for no reason

    To add sa fish oil for joint health.
    May anti-inflammatory properties kasi ang fish oil na nakaka relieve din ng joint pain and even arthritis.

    san ka sa pasig? sipag mo ah lols every month talaga. hehe pabili na lang kaya ko syo (kung okay lang :) ). Mas mura pa kase yun kesa dun sa reseta saken ng doctor na "pampataba/pampagana" daw kumain na 20 pesos per tablet. lols

    Ako malapit work ko dun kaya sobrang acessible sakin ng cash..at kkbili ko lng ng stack ko :^^ mas mgnda nga kung bulk..saka mdali lng nmn pumunta dun eh hehe anyway if u want samahan kita.. :) or sbihan m ako bibili kita sagutin m lng pamasahe ko :^^

    it's really worth going to Cash and Carry. Been there a lot of times and still amazes me when I see all the supps and frags lol.


    For convenience naman, basta meron si sir mighty ipa-ship mo na lang :)
