    Umm d ako sure e. Bsta gngwa ko yung principle na 4 to 6 reps tapos mga 4 sets tapos 2 muscle groups per day.

    Staying with my relatives atm. Di pa ayos ang mga meals kaya nagtetake ako 5 to 6 scoops whey ngyn para makamentain ngprotein source.

    nag stop ako 1 week ng fish oil nung lumipat ako bahay. nastart ko na mafeel yung joint pains.

    yung bench ko ilang months na stuck. pero atleast squat at DL unti unti umaasenso.
