Bulking and cutting Question :)

Gud day Bro!!. Ask lng po ako.. read read lng ako kanina sa Forum then na read ko yong Bulking and Cutting.

Tanong ko lng po.. pano ko po ba malalaman n enough na po yong bulking at pwde na akong mag cutting?

alam ko pong nasa bulking stage plang ako kc 3 weeks plang namn ako.

mga 3 months po ba pwd n qng mag jump sa cutting or depende po sa progress ng katawan ko.

Weight 117lbs height 5'5"

Malayo pa aabutin ko.heheheh salamat po sa advice. Looking forward po sa sagot nyo po :sport:

    Sir Bulking nga po ako ngayon. ilan buwan po kaya? O I Mean ilan LBS pa yong kailang o Body shape bago mag jup sa cutting stage? hehehe para ma monitor ko po yong at list pag na rich ko n po yong LBS requirement hihinto n q mag bulking at mag fofocus nmn ako sa cutting.

    Goal ko po lumapad at medyo may laman laman.. heheh

    pabulk ka muna bro tapos pagtingin mo ok na ung muscle mass mo tska ka magcut.. nasa sau yan depende sa goal mo

    Hindi madali magbulk, ako almost 1 yr na from 140-160lbs. Ang bagal di ba.
    Lalo na kung hindi pa ganun ka ayos ang diet at ensayo natin.
    117 ka sa 5'5, 160 ako sa 5'6 bro hindi pa din ako kuntento, manipis pa din tingin ko sa sarili.
    Pero nasayo nga yan pag kuntento ka na sa muscle mass na naipon mo, then go cut

    tama sila sir pabulk muna para pag nagcut ka mas maganda at mas maapreciate mo.. pero its your personal preference..
  • bulk lang ng bulk pag di mo na kaya tingnan sarili
    mo sa salamin dun kana mag cut.

    grabe 117 ka for 5'5? di pa kita abs mo? hehehe karamihan dito kasi around same height lang pero 160 plus. sabi nga nila depende talaga sa goal mo. just lift and eat :sport:

    Hindi ba lagpas na sa ideal body weight ng 5'5" ang 160 lbs?

    Pag bodybuilding ba, hindi sinusunod ang ideal weight?

    Or dapat pasok ka pa rin sa ideal weight mo provided na mababa ang percentage fat?

    Para saken balewala ang height & weight.. basta proportion tingnan at masaya ka sa itsura mo pag tingin sa salamin :bodybuilder:

    isa akong obese 1 hehehehe... 170lbs 5'7".. lahat dito halos overweight at obese na talaga.. may obese 2 pa or 3 hehehe.. ( BMI wise )

OO nga po, pero sabi ng BMI NOrmal weight nmn n yn sa 5'5" ibig sabihn it defns sa gusto mo. tapus kung kay sir lastresort is 170lbs 5'7" ayon Ky BMI Overweight nga yon bhahaha, nakaka praning,bhwhahawhahah. pero tama yong ibang Sir dito,.. hehehe. thanks sa mga sir na nag share hehehehe. :)

    BMI is not for bodybuilders.
    That's just for an average joe that do nothing but eat, sleep and drink lol.

    tanong ulit. pag nag babulking ba ako, yong workout ko paano? suggest nmn po dyn ohhhhhhhh.. kc baka malili na ginagawa ko sa gym. nag papabulking ako tapus. stressful nmn yong workout ko parng wla. kaya mga tropapep suggest nmn ng routine dyn, hehehe thanks mga Sir. :)

  • Ganun ba sir? :sport: ok lng ba ung 5 x 5 n routine kc yon n yong balak kong gamitin program pra nmn my guide ako. at sabi din pla dun sir. 3 time a week lng un. yon ang sabi ok lng ba un? at Mga sir my tanong din po ako. yong bench press ba dun ano ibig sabihin lahat ba ng bench workout gagawin ko?

  • lift heavy weights. but never sacrifice the form para lang makapagbuhat ka ng mabigat. mahirap ang mainjury. listen to your body, or have somebody else check your form sa gym and guide you. hanap ka ng ka gym buddy dito sa pbb na malapit sa lugar mo.

    kung unfamiliar ka pa sa exercises or first time mo pa lang gagawin yung exercise, start with very light weights (or kahit bar lang), to be familiar muna with the proper form.

    salamat sir sevenstring, ang buong akala ko pag bulking mode hindi mo pa kailngn mag heavy wgth ng buhat, need narin pala yon, at mga sir ok lng ba yong routin n 5 x 5 bago yn sa akin at sa tingin ko wla din gumagawa nyn sa pinag ggymanan ko kc ang turo sa akin dun 12 x 3 tapus every day 2 part per work out, tapus sat/sun lng ang rest. tpus i nakita ko yong 5 x 5 n routine sa tingin ko lng OK sya. pero di ko pa sya na gagawa, pln ko mag shft ng 5 x 5 next week kya nakarest ako ngyon, tapus, dito ko plng yn nalaman, tapus read read lng....

    try mo muna yung mga strength training programs like 5x5..
  • ahhhhhhhhhh strength training po ba un tawag sa ganun, hehehe. ilan day ba dapat ang rest kung mag papalit k ng routine galing po ako sa split routine e tpus jump ako sa 5 x 5 routine. :)

    "Make up your mind that, at least for the first year or two, you're not going to worry about body fat levels if you're already lean, because lean is easier to reacquire than strong is to build" (Rippetoe 310). Rip is also keen to note that "getting ripped" isn't as easy as it might seem: "You have seen pictures of big bodybuilders at 6% body fat in contest shape so often that you think it's normal, desirable, and always possible. " This isn't the case - getting anywhere takes work, and often takes longer than you'd first like. The iron game is one you play for life, not for a few months.
