    no workout for today.. sobrang busy for two days pintura, mag gawa ng bubong,gumawa ng pagsasabitan ng tarpaulin mag linya ng mga blackboard.. tired, exhausted.. need bumawi tomorrow for a workout.. para matapos na sa 5x5..

    beginning and ending lifting stat after 5x5:
    BP: 70- 150lbs
    SQ:95-250lbs
    ROW:90-195lbs
    DL:120-255 lbs
    MP:60-105lbs

    will try sean nalewanyj workout program.. as of now 1 week off.. chillax chillax muna..:D

    Yun oh coco martin is on MAMAW MODE LOL! A Gud jab fafs!

    Kung 5RM mo yan more or less nasa 300lbs na ang 1RM mo sa DL and Squats at malamang mas malakas ka pa sakin sa pressing exercises hehehe

    Gud luck sa bagong program maeenjoy mo din yun kasi mas madami exercises gagawin mo dun.

  • good job jc, 5 months lang 2x na increase sa weight, supreme. gawa ka din ng video mo gaya ni dalts, artistahin ka naman daw hehehe......pang inspire din sa iba.
