just consolidating my questions here, appreciate feedback and input from all:
1. can i create and post my personal journal even am just starting up.
2. am taking elite whey isolate before and after workout, do i have to take it also during rest day?
3. is it okay to change routine exercise every 2 weeks?
4. do i have to increase frequency of workout schedule? currently doing 3x a week.
5. i belong to endo group, do i have to stick to light weight or the heaviest i can?
6. how to post pic here, where can i see the instruction and guidelines?
1. yes, even beginners or old timers can create their own journal
2. yes, whey protein helps you to reach your daily intake of protein so even on rest days you need a supply of it but if you think you are consuming enough protein from whole foods, IMO you can skip it on rest days.
3. Yes but I think it is not practical, maybe change it every 4 - 6 weeks. I myself doesn't change my routine often but i do rotate or mix it up regularly just to keep my body guessing.
4. 3x to 4x is enough, your muscles need to recover.

I have a 2 weeks vacation approaching next month.
In 2weeks I am planning to have jogging on weekdays and some strength exercises like push ups and weights.
Is it helpful to drink fit n right or not?
IMHO lang po, di talaga ako believe jan sa fit n right na yan. hehe. stick to water na lang po. at least 2 gallons of water a day. kung trip mo na may lasa ang water mo lagyan mo ng slice of lemon sa water mo. cleansing pa un...:)

at Gold's Gym and other chyppo gym..
magkano? dipende po kung saang gym ka and time...
pero kung ako po sayo wag na kumuha ng trainer kung on a budget ka... daming tips dito sa pbb kung pano.. get a trainer for 3-5 sessions and read here... alamin lang kung pano ang tamang form.. or go video log sa ibang site meron din dun kung pano gawin ang exercise ng tama...
at kumuha ka or kumilala ka ng training partner mo na makakasama mo lagi sa gym para mag spotan kayong dalawa..
ito ay para makatipid ka ng PF na 8-12k per month... ^_^
may mas murang trainor sa Gold's and sa ibang chippo gym., 100 php per session.. pero make sure muna na marunong talaga meron kasing mga nag mamarunong lang... I've seen a lot of that...
yun na nga..sa golds ako eh..me tropa kong work dun ang mahal nga tpos seeing how they train i think it's not worth it..kaya i dont avail the service..may tropa din ako kasama dun kaso iba kami ng sched at iba din ng routine..sa gym ng clubhouse naman namin..ala na wenta mga gamit..kaya hindi na kami ngbubuhat dun ng mga tropa..yung kasama ko dun into marathon and biking naman na..hindi na rin daw sya bumubuhat..
so far, ive got alota tips by reading then i just execute it na lang..later siguro concentrate ako sa form at yung ave weight ko per exercise..lagi ko kasi nipupush into limit yung weights ko eh..feeling ko malakas ako bumuhat, it's just the form and the diet that makes it less effective..
