    naku sir buh hindi ata eh..

    pero lakas hatak sa chicks wahahahahanagloloko na talaga weight ko hahaha.. 171lbs nako lastweek eh 174lbs na naman ako ngayon..

    anyway kakaaddict ung WOD.. tsk.. pamatay talaga.. para akong masokista eh gustung gusto nahihirapan ahahaha.. eto ginawa ko last time:

    Squats BW x 20reps
    Hand Release Pushups x 20 reps
    situp to stand x 20 reps
    burpees x 20 reps

    3 rounds time ko 10min 28 seconds.. ung kasama ko 7 mins take note.. babae.. hhaaaaaiiisssst

    kanina sumakit pa likod ko sa WOD na ginawa ko:

    Clean and Press 70lbs x 15 reps
    Pull ups x 15 reps
    DB Swings 50lbs x 15 reps

    dapat 4 rounds kaso di ko na natapos sumakit likod ko nagcramps..

    REST DAY bukas..

    dahil sa table na nabasa ko kay sir mighty, napressure ako magdagdag na ulit ng mga poundage instead of maintaining my lifts.. update ko lng:

    DB Press Shoulder 90lbs x 8 reps ( with wrist support from a friend )
    attempted last friday

    kanina BB Chest press 260lbs x 5 reps ( nagpatulong sa pag off rack para tipid lakas )

    bukas try ko na mag max ulit sa deadlift.. tagal ko nagstock sa 270lbs since nagstart ako ulit this october.

    natatakot talaga ako magdagdag sa dlift.. wala magspot sa kin eh..

    Dlift 300lbs x 7 reps
    Lat Row x 350lbs x 7 reps
    Cable Row 350lbs x 5 reps
    DB Pullover 80lbs x 7 reps

    Decline Situps with 25lbs x 15 reps x 3 sets

    tagal ko din kasi hindi nag add ng weights sir mighty wala kasi magspot..

    tapos gusto ko tumaas level ko sa table mo hahahahaupdate lng ng pic.. napapicture tuloy ako dun sa isang post..

    AMRAP 20min

    Overhead Squats 20 reps
    Finger to Toes 20 reps
    Hand Release Pushups 20 reps

    naka 7 round ako.. may almost 2 mins pa bago mag 20mins kaso bagsak na bataan!!!

    anyway nung natigil kasi ako kahit paano nakakapagbuhat ako kahit 3-4 tyms per month tapos mainly on compound lifts kaya medyo hindi mahirap nung bumalik ako..

    tsaka i guess malaki lng kasi talga frame ko kaya ganyan siguro.. large frame kasi ko.. big bonedubos pa din pakiramdam ko sa AMRAP na WOD kahapon so I decided na magpass muna sa heavy shoulder workout today..

    Supersets na lang ginawa ko DB Press at lateral Raise
    Bent over Lat raise
    Upright Row then shrugs

    DB Triceps Extension
    Dips

    bukas Lumpuhan day na naman..

    hindi ako fan ng low intensity cardio na 30-45mins sir allen.. lagi HIIT pinaka cardio ko pag sinisipag pa..

    ngayon crossfit pinaka cardio ko kaso 7-15mins lang yun..

    lumalaki din tiyan ko sir pag bulking.. ang laki nga tiyan ko nung last time na nakasama ako GWO eh..

    tsaka maliit lang ako tignan in person.. hindi ako katulad nila migs at sir milkk na monster pag nakita mo hahahahaha..

    30 pushups
    50 jump ropes
    30 lunges ( each )
    60 jump ropes

    70 jump ropes

    1 round = nagpasundo pauwi kasi hindi makatayo at makalakad.. hindi ko na inorasan lintik basta matapos na lang.. pangit talaga pakiramdam ng pump sa legs..

    your welcome sir pero i must say lintik na CROSSFIT yan.. pagkatapos hindi ka makatayo ahahahaha.. anyway dapat restday ko today kaso since baka lumabas na ung isang bandido sa tiyan ni general bukas naggym nko today..

    CHEST/Biceps

    Decline BB Press 260lbs x 5 reps
    Incline BB Press 200lbs
    Vertical Butterflyes ( all plates )

    DB Curls 50lbs x 7 reps
    Hammer Curls 50lbs x 7 reps

    Weight ko nagbago na naman.. 172lbs ulit..

    Mamayang gabi WOD:

    5rounds
    Deadlift 100lbs x 10 reps
    KB Swings 45lbs x 10 reps
    Burpees x 10 reps

    Ayoko na magtime.. basta matapos na lang.. ayaw ko nababasa ung burpees eh.. ang hirap tapusin..

    andami din kayang nagtatawa sa kin pag ginagawa ko yan tapos yung tipong hindi ka na makahinga at makatayo dahil sa dami na bigla may magyayabang pa.. Nung pinagawa ko sa kanya hindi maka sampu wahahahaha
  • last, eto ba yong may halong trx. i saw someone doing that sa gym very challenging.
