  • yep. I was very bulky before in june 2012. tapos try ko ang IF. Believe me, IF does the magic.

    oonga wait lang boss j...kasi naman eh ambusy ko almuna..saka si francis karir naman nya na kasi..sipag nyan mag ayus ng food nya at magmonitor ng lahat..ganda pa ng work..yomon yomon..friend ko kaya yan..db kiko??ahahaha

    Hehehehe..kinarir ko talaga ang IF.. i'm doing the 16/8 protocol. Tapos intense work out pa rin 6 days a week. Only one day rest. Tulad today, rest ko, after working out for 6 straight days.

    Rest day kasi manonood ako ng movie ni Vice Ganda... Lol.

    Mad shoulders bro! Bakat na bakat yung separation sa avatar pic mo sir! What time would you usually break your fast? And, have you found yourself compensating with a more-than-usual fast after overeating due to binging? Great results man, keep it up! Oh and one last thing, did you use any appetite suppressors? Peace man!

    Salamat bro. Im doing the 16/8 protocol. Walang appetite suppresor, disiplina lang. Pero i take supps. Ngayon mas tuyo na katawan ko. Bilib talaga ako sa IF. It really works. Mas effective sya pag fasted work out. Mas mataas energy. I'm down to 166-167lbs. Goal ko abot ako ng 155lbs sa december 2012. IF ka din ba?

    155?? Woah! Pictures agad pagnareach mo na yun ah! I'm currently bulking right now, but I've tried IF a couple of weeks ago. Ginawa ko siya 20/4 and legit, 3kg in 3days! Too much too fast, but nonetheless very effective! Nakuha ko sa hodgetwins din na magtrain while fasted, but I used a pretrainer. Good results din! Do you use any pretrainers? Bilib din ako talaga sa IF bro, pero yung binging lang talaga yung ang hirap labanan. Any tips on how to stop this w/o suppresants? Lalo na kung sa gabi for example, 12pm to 4pm feeding window, mga 7 palang ang hirap na kontrahin ng cravings!

    Great morning guys. On my way to Gold's Gym at Intercon. It's FASTED work out for back and legs, and am trying the 20/4 protocol. Pre work out supps: whey, nitrix, bcaa, fish oil and optimen. Post work out supps: whey,creatine and bcaa.

    6x a week?!!hindi kaya ng sched ko yan bossing..anung menu mo during feeding phase?
  • mga bossing, i started the 24 hours fasting once a week, that's usually from friday to saturday.. and then i do a fasted work out pa..my post work out meal is half ng hungry juan chicken and camote for carbs.

    i am now down to 161 lbs. i think i will reach my goal of 155 lbs before december 21, 2012. at the rate i am losing the fat and building on muscle, kaya talaga.
  • grabe ripped na muscles nyo. hindi ako makagawa ng meal plan, kung ano kasi pagkain sa bahay un lang dapat kainin. batas militar kasi samin. ano proper sets and reps para lumabas ang cuts?
