Good day po sa lahat! I'm Nick 5'4, 143lbs, and I'm an endomorph. I gain fat so easily. Sobrang galing ng katawan ko magretain ng taba, dapat na siyang bigyan ng award. Konting konting pig out lang at lumolobo na agad ako. Here are a few pics from way back in 2010.

02 October 2012 After I tried to lean down. 64 kg
Nakaflex po ako diyan ng sobra, pero pag di ako nakaflex yung mga braso ko walang definition whatsoever. Maliit yung chest ko and yung shoulders ko hindi kita kasi natatakpan ng taba ng triceps ko. Yung taba ko sa arms di matanggal tanggal kahit anong gawin ko.
Eto po yung usual training routine ko for the past 2 monhts.

TRAINING
Nilagay ko sa spoiler kasi masyado pong mahaba!
NUTRITION
5 meals per day
Breakfast: 3 Strips Bacon, 2 slices multi-grain/raisin bread, 2 fried eggs
Snack: 1 scoop Whey Isolate, banana or multi-grain bread
Lunch: 40% Veggies, 30% Some sort of meat, 30% Carbs
Usually something like this:
Post Workout Meal: 1 scoop Whey Isolate, banana/multigrain bread
Dinner: Same as Lunch
So basically I feel it takes me so much effort compared to others to lose body fat. My goals were (1) Lose fat around my triceps, and (2) lose fat around my thighs, glutes and calves; but failed in both. I used to train my legs in hopes to decrease their size pero lumaki sila, so ngayon power cleans nalang ginagawa ko during legs day at di na sila lumaki. So ngayon kasi di lumiit yung lower ko, para maging proportional yung aesthetics ko, plano kong palalakihin nalang yung upper body ko. Bago po ang lahat, am I making sense? Haha! Do please correct me if I'm not! Thank you!
Questions:
1. Gusto ko palakihin yung shoulders, chest and forearms ko ko kasi di sila proportion sa ibang muscles. Okay lang ba na eto yung gawin ko? Or do I need to train my other muscles as well?
2. Napansin ko rin na yung mga endomorphs na tulad ko, madaming taba sa triceps. In turn, di makita yung separation ng delts sa bi and tris. Pano po ba ma-achieve yung distinction na yun? Bulk some more to increase size of delts? or Magcut down ng bodyfat nalang kasi makikita din naman yun kung mababa yung BF?
3. Dapat bang every 3-4 hours kumain or okay lang kahit kelan basta ma-reach yung caloric goal mo for the day?
4. I'm planning on bulking til mid-November, I've read articles about clean bulking and caloric surplus pero paiba-iba yung mga principles nila. What's the best way to gain muscle mass fast?

@sir dreg and sir monching salamat mga sir! haha kaso di tumatagal saken yung ganyang katawan, fasted ako nyan for 24 hours after 2 days of IF with 5 hour feeding window.. mga 1900cals per day lang ata tinake ko nun.. haha ngayon after 3 days of caloric surplus days mga 2700-2900 per day nasa 67.3 nako! -_- haha!

Opo, gumagamit ako ng whey Isolate. Lactose Intolerant kasi ako eh. And I also use Assault para sa preworkout.
Napansin ko kasi na utot ako ng utot tsaka diarrhea inaabot ko pag umiinom ako ng whole milk! Hehe
