@mighty oak, i dont know if this is true ah. regarding sa gout, somebody mentioned it to me last night sa office ko --- that yung kinakain natin depende din daw sa blood type. let's say type "O" ako, bawal daw saken ang Orange na prutas and etc. lol.
baka may mapagtanungan ka jan regarding food + blood type. hahahaha!
It's been 2 weeks since my last training after having another gout attack. Good thing is my appetite is back, I don't know if it's because my body has fully recovered or because of the B-50's that I'm taking now.
My weight dropped significantly after weighing 200lbs I think I'm down to 180lbs. Although I need to manage my weight this time since I believe bulking up to 200lbs was the reason why I was stricken with gout. I'll have to play this by ear and see how much weight I can put on while avoiding another gout attack at the same time. Pahinga muna ng husto at bawi sa pagkain before ako ulit sumabak sa ensayo.

Glutamine is more on recovery naman although makukuha mo na din sa BCAA at whey yung para sa recovery mo. Ok na yan if magpapa bulk ka importante alaga ka sa kain.

Tapos kay google naman eh madaming gumagawa ng IF+Keto, kaso puro personal exp lang at walang matinong article. Yung ketosis pala eh low card/high fat?
Nung ginoogle ko si ketosis eh parang nakikita ko yung sign niya sa ihi ko. Low carb kasi ako ngayon.
Masama ba na umabot sa keto pag cut pag nag IF? May personal exp ka na ba regarding sa IF+keto?

Incline DB Press- 60x4x10
Flat DB Press- 60x8,8,7,7
Military Press- 75x8, 95x7, 105x7,6 (I thought using a thick bar would help but it's actually the opposite)
Lateral Raise- 20x4x8
Each rep was agonizing. I was bitching almost the entire time while training so I really do hope that the new set of meds that I'm taking would completely remove the pain. Nakaka miss na mag DL at squats.

Anyone tried 5-HTP and ATP? Any feedbacks?
