    @mighty oak, i dont know if this is true ah. regarding sa gout, somebody mentioned it to me last night sa office ko --- that yung kinakain natin depende din daw sa blood type. let's say type "O" ako, bawal daw saken ang Orange na prutas and etc. lol.

    baka may mapagtanungan ka jan regarding food + blood type. hahahaha!

    It's been 2 weeks since my last training after having another gout attack. Good thing is my appetite is back, I don't know if it's because my body has fully recovered or because of the B-50's that I'm taking now.

    My weight dropped significantly after weighing 200lbs I think I'm down to 180lbs. Although I need to manage my weight this time since I believe bulking up to 200lbs was the reason why I was stricken with gout. I'll have to play this by ear and see how much weight I can put on while avoiding another gout attack at the same time. Pahinga muna ng husto at bawi sa pagkain before ako ulit sumabak sa ensayo.

    Anyone tried 5-HTP and ATP? Any feedbacks?

    nakabili ako kanina pm7 sa tia lolengs at pvl na bcaa, masasabi ko lang sa bcaa kahet kasama na ng pm7 inumin eh sobrang pakla sama ng lasa lol! naiiwan sa bibig!

    Ganyan talaga BCAA kahit ano pa ihalo mo jan lasang gamot na di maintindihan talaga yan.

    xtend lang pala talaga ang masarap na bcaa mixture, need ko pa ba mag gluthamine paps? or ok na stack ko sa ngyon?,

    pm7,bcaa instant, creat, optimen,fishoil at madameng kanin lol.

    Glutamine is more on recovery naman although makukuha mo na din sa BCAA at whey yung para sa recovery mo. Ok na yan if magpapa bulk ka importante alaga ka sa kain.

    uu paps, bulking padin ako, pero pili na kinakain ko, la munang saturated fats, ganun padin if. pero more on, eggs, fish, chicken, gulay at prutas ako ngayon, medyo lumiliit na mid section ko, pero ganun padin mass ng braso ko at ibang parts, tapos basket padin ako cardio,

    Boss Mighty, may nakita kasi akong post ni Berkhan na iniiwasan niya yung ketosis. Basta iniiwasan niya, interview kasi sa kanya kaya di ko sure kung sa Bluk o Cut iiwasan.

    Tapos kay google naman eh madaming gumagawa ng IF+Keto, kaso puro personal exp lang at walang matinong article. Yung ketosis pala eh low card/high fat?

    Nung ginoogle ko si ketosis eh parang nakikita ko yung sign niya sa ihi ko. Low carb kasi ako ngayon.

    Masama ba na umabot sa keto pag cut pag nag IF? May personal exp ka na ba regarding sa IF+keto?

    ako sasagot sayo stannis. kaya mahirap iexplain yan dahil sa if need mo ng mataas na protein, sa ketodiet kase pag nag taas ka ng protein mawawala ka sa ketosis, so ibig sabihin kung may sign ka mababa ang protein intake mo per day, and too much fats sa if babagal digestion mo sa kinakain mo, so kung mag if + keto ka, dapat alam mo at kabisado mo na katawan mo at calories and protein intake mo, goodluck

    Ah ok, di din pala ganun kadali pagsabayin yung dalawa at sign pala na kulang ang protein ko. Di naman siguro ganun kataas ang fats na kinokunsumo ko.

    May mga positive at negative ba pag umabot ako sa ketosis?

    your using your fats as fuel. lalo na stored fats, pero in this case papayat ka ewan ko sa muscle building, kaya nga ung mga nag keto diet is malalake na talaga ang muscle mass, pero may mga stored fats pa or malake pa bf%, kaya pag nag keto naiiwan ung muscle, pero ask papa last or ds galing sila sa keto eh,

    pero mahirap talaga pag sabayin yang 2. lol. kase sa protein intake palang conflict na

    @stannis based sa exeprience ko sa keto tama ang sinabi ni dalts pag sumobra ka sa intake ng protein mawawala ka sa ketosis, medyo meticulous kasi ang macro breakdown sa keto, ang pinakaiiwasan kasi dun na tumaas is ung glucose levels sa bloodstream mo while on ketosis, one way or another may paraan kasi i convert ng katawan natin ang protein and fat into glucose (w/c mainly present sa carbs) pag short ka na sa carbs sa diet mo and pag abundant ung amount of protein kaya pag nasa keto ka usually ang maintenance mo dun is ranging only around 1 gram of protein per pound of lean body mass. basahin mo yung keto na PDF na andito sa site andun ung topic na yun regarding conversion ng protein into glucose pag wala ka na carbs sa katawan.

    ^Hahaha. Sa wakas nabuhay na ulit! Medyo mahina nga lang saka pakiramdam ko mahihirapan ako sa DL nito because of the grip pag di nawala ng tuluyan yung sakit but at least I got to train today.

    Akalain nyo makakapag update pa pala ako ulit dito! hahaha

    Did whatever I can manage to do since the level of pain in both hands due to gout was about 6/10. Lifting light weights was a bitter pill to swallow but it's better than not being able to train at all.

    Incline DB Press- 60x4x10
    Flat DB Press- 60x8,8,7,7

    Military Press- 75x8, 95x7, 105x7,6 (I thought using a thick bar would help but it's actually the opposite)
    Lateral Raise- 20x4x8

    Triceps Pushdowns- 80x13, 100x3x10
    Cable Curls- 70x10, 80x10, 90x2x10

    Each rep was agonizing. I was bitching almost the entire time while training so I really do hope that the new set of meds that I'm taking would completely remove the pain. Nakaka miss na mag DL at squats.

    ^Oo nga bro laking hassle talaga tong sakit na to. Pero sabi nga kung gusto may paraan kaya ayoko patalo sa kung ano mang sakit ang nararanasan ko.
