    Balak mo ba mag-gym? I suggest mag pa member ka kahit hindi sa mga high end.

    Di ka pa pala nagg-gym? right?

    ung sa number 3 eto sample diet/routine ko, since 3pm-12mn ang pasok ko eto siya:

    Breakfast:Coffee (pero ngaun may white flood nako), tapos oatmeal or pag wala 2pcs crinkles.
    WORKOUT
    Post workout: Whey Protein + Lunch (egg,tuna or chicken and half rice)
    Snack: 2pcs soft boiled egg
    Dinner: Steamed Chicken breast, half rice, 2 eggs
    Snack: Whey protein
    Dinner: Oatmeal + eggs or banana

    pede ko po ba gayahin ung diet nyo kahit d ako mna mag gym?
    or may ibang advisable diet para sa mga hindi mag gym?
    Wala pa ko time mag gym ngayon ksi may pasok e.

    ok lang gayahin diet ko, pero at least do some exercises. Buy some dumbbells as they would do good for you and run on days that you don't have any classes.

    BTW, these are the foods na pwede mong kainin for your goal:

    For Carbs:
    Kamote
    Oatmeal
    Saging na saba
    brown rice

    Protein:
    Chicken no skin steamed/grilled
    Fish
    Lean beef
    Eggs
    Nuts
    Milk

    and of course fruits and veggies.

    Ung whey protein is a dietary supplement, bale protein supplement siya to cover my daily protein intake kasi rule of thumb (for bodybuilder's) na 1gram of protein per pound of body weight.

    meron po ko dito sa bahay 10lbs dumb bells kaya lang d ko lam kung ilang reps and sets ang dapat ko gawin. Gsto ko sya gamitin kasi andali ko pawisan pag gngamit ko. Situps and dumbbells most of the time gngwa ko. ok lang ba un?

    like when do you do chest/biceps, shoulders/triceps, legs,back and Cardio?

    IMO Both should be done. Iba kasi pag dumbbell, you have full range of motion meaning mas masasagad mo yung contraction ng delts mo when using a dumbbell. May nararamdaman ka bang sakit ser pag dumbbell gamit mo kaya ka naghahanap ng ibang options?

    Ako sa shoulder i do heavy presses 4 sets 7,6,5,5 mostly barbell either way front or behind , then followed by 3 sets of isolation exercise "side laters" 10 reps ea.

    ang hirap ng Dumbell Military Press..Sa totoo lang mga tol kung pede lang mag Helmet habang nag Dumbell Military Press na Heavy..eh bakit hindi diba?kasi isipin mo delikado un pag na pulikat ka eh bagsak sa ulo mo tapos tulog ka....

    weird mag suot ng helmet pero parang gusto din natin para sa safety natin diba...ulo pa naman yun..yung bumbunan

    HEHEHe pano ba yung pulikot, pwede ba mangyari yun sa arms? dko pa na e experience yung mapulikat kahit sa legs, pero nakakita nako nun sa tv nga lang.

    Pinakamahirap lang talga sakin pag heavy, yung pag angat ng dumbell lol payat kasi ng wrist, ganun din pag sa incline hirap mag angat ng "dumbells" tapos malas pag wala pang makapal na matt di pwede i bagsak..

    ^kasi na iistretch diba ung braso mo..or halimbawa ung inuupuan mo biglang may bumigay at umalog...lalo na pag lumindol..tapos mawawalan ng balanse ung galaw ng dumbell mo..tapos bagsak sa ulo pag nag kataon pag nasa taas

    ^ hahaha wag naman sana, pero yung pinaka common kaya na babagsakan eh yung Forced Reps tapos walang Spotter, sa isip kaya pa one last rep , pero di na kaya ng muscle , ayun madalas parang biglang na putulan ng kamay o nawalan ng power, bagsak yung weights lol.
