    -Finally I was able to go heavy with my shoulder training. I guess my shoulders is now at 90%. The weight felt light even on the last set. I was really tempted to do 165x5 but sabi nga eh live to train another day since now pa lang talaga gumanda lagay ng shoulders ko. So most likely yung injury ko talaga ang nag hinder ng progress ko sa MP. Will alternate heavy and volume days plus rehab sicne it's working wonders for me.

    Medyo na stuck na nga ako jan sa 305 goal ko lang naman is to hit 350lb 1RM by the end of the year. Hopefully I can surpass that since I have more than 5mos. left.

    Ok lang naman kahit hinde ATG basta at least parallel.
