Masyado kasi maikli yung bar na nakasabit dun sa may pader. Yung sa olympic naman ilang ba yung 45lb plates nun? Di ako nagyayabang ah, pero parang konti lang kasi nakita ko dun na pang oly bar.
i think ung sa Oly, may 1 pair ng 50s, a pair of 45's and a pair of 35s then 2 pairs ng 15s and a pair of 10's yata yung ang meron sila pero sure yung sa hanggang 35's kasi sinipat ko yun last week yun sana gagamitin ko sa suqats :P, i would agree medyo konti nga yun hehehe. pwede mo naman ibaba yung bar ng decline ir incline basta ala nagamit tapos ipalit mo muna yung bar sa squat rack hahaha!

Good Job rader! Pero try mo ulit yan sa SWI pagbalik mo just to check if accurate yung plates jan para di ka magulat if ever biglang gumaan or bumigat pagbalik mo dito.

I'm finally back in manila and w/ proper workouts in a "proper" gym. I kinda had a deload week nung nasa province ako though i tried my best to fit in a 3-day split workout while i was there since malayo sa bahay ko ang gym (an hour away to be exact since nasa city pa ang mga "gyms" na ewan ko ba kung pang barbell ba talaga ang bars na gamit nung iba Pffft! >.<) since i'm 10lbs away of hiting my original goal sa DLs i'm rasing it to hit 450lbs by the end of the year. i'm not quite sure yet but "i think" i've become leaner but i'll probably save that pag nag take nako progress pic ulit hehehe.

DS- di ako matutuloy dun sa plano natin na 3 months sa slimmers. nagastos ko yung pera eh ehehehe! next time na lang siguro.
