aba! nabuhay ang isa ko pang insan! balita? tagal mong wala na naman sa sirkulasyon. nga pala pasensya ka na di kita natext ulit about dun sa pinahanap mo hindi ko naisave yung number mo nung magkatext tayu last time hehehe.
2nd week ko ng regular workout. almost 4 mos ako natigil.. first time ko ulit try ibalik ung lifts ko dati kaso di kaya.. medyo haba din recovery ko per set..

Decline BB 7 reps x 3 sets ( 200lb )
Incline DB 7 reps x 3 sets ( 80lbs)
Vertical Butterflyes 7 reps x 3 sets ( di ko alam machine kasi )
DB Curl 7 reps x 3 sets ( 40 lbs )
Hammer Curls 7 reps x 3 sets ( 40lbs )

Back Workout yesterday and shoulder today..
grabe bilis bumaba ng timbang ko kakatakot.. puro water retention na lang ata ung 170lbs ko.. nasa 165lbs na lang ako after 3 days ata..
diet ko normal.. kung ano available..
close sa stats ko,hehe
