    stick muna ako sa pm7. chaka swakto sa budget ko hindi masakit. tska parang peke ung servings nya, parang mas madame pa sa 65servings. kase lage akong 4scoop everyday eh, pero 1month pa inabot unlike sa myo ko dati parang 23days lang ata, ewan ko lang, lol. basta mura cya at sulit

    nung una para akong umiinom na cocoa powder na nilagyan ng tubig..pero sanayan lang din..mas comftable ako dito kesa sa myo na nauumay na ko sa tam-is..

    Front plate raises- 40x4x10 (almost no rest in between)

    Time elapsed: 30 mins (i hate it when I'm pressed for time!)

    Cable Crossover- FST-7

    EZ Bar Curls- 80x3x10 (Did not go for another set because of my dear tennis elbow)

    DB Hammer Curls- 35x2x10, 40x8, 45x8

    Cable Curls- FST-7

    Pump was really good with this training. Although I'm experiencing pain in my left shoulders.

    Another one of my heroes Greatest Strongman of all John Pall Sigmarson. Too bad he died at a very young age because of a genetic heart defect. He literally died doing what he loved most. Succumbed to a heart attack in the middle of his Deadlift training.

    Conditioning is really good when doing fasted training. Di ako hinihingal kahit heavy WO pa at higit sa lahat sarap kumain pagtapos! hehehe

    Kung baga sa auto eh break in pa lang! hehe

    Di pa kaya ituloy tuloy because of my current sched sa work nagagalit mga bata pag di kami sabay kumakain so as much as I can lang. So far naka 3 days na naman ako so ok lang din. Iba talaga pakiramdam pag fasted training parang ang lakas mo na tipong nakatulog ka ng 24hrs hehe.
