    Salamat sa inputs nyo :)

    Ang iniisip ko lang kasi e yung hassle sa pagprito. Unlike sa steam na mas more convenient. Haha

    @monch,

    thanks you for sharing the on opti-men. papalitan ko narin ang cecon vitamin c and calcium supplements ko.

    and kudos to anselka sa cash and carry...may nakasabay akong bumile,,and he said pag intense ang workout load mo, 3 tabs per day. pero pag during rest days, take 1 and a half tabs land daw. hindi ko na gets yung iba pa nyang sinabe about contents sa Opti-men BCAA, then contents ng ON-whey BCAA.

    medyo nagugluhan ako dito kung bakit 1 and a half tabs lang, eh sabi sa label 3 tabls a day.

    please advise.:(

    No problem bro. I'm here to share what i know naman and hopefully you'll share yours too.

    ako personally I go for 2 tabs a day pag non-training days and 3 tabs on my training days.

    Kasi, nakukuha ko rin naman sa foods ung ibang vitamins eh. May ibang content din kasi opti-men for us bb'ers. Kasi kahit 2 tabs lang take ko oks pa rin naman.

    Try taking 2 then 3 tapos compare mo. then share mo dito ung experience mo =)

    Progression din ba maicconsider yung ganito?

    eg.
    bb bench press - 1st set 5lbs x 7reps, 2nd set 5lbs x 5reps

    Ganyan kasi yung sample dun sa 26 workout plan ni Sean Nalewanyj eh, pababa yung reps.

    ganun talaga..ang iniisip mo ata prito kada meal ^^,

    ang pag prepare kasi ng food eh halimbawa nag steam/prito kana...isang steam-an/prituhan lang na buong araw muna kakainin yun...
    mas matipid sa gas
    at mas hindi nakakatamad lalo:D

    dati first time ko bulking(2years ago) halos every meal nag luluto ako kaya lakas sa gas haha

    mukhang taken out of context yun example mo at may typo error pa yata

    BB bench press @ 5 lbs ?.....

    explain ko lang yung training method ni Sean Nalewanyj

    halimbawa:

    first week

    BB bench press - 100 lbs - 1st set @ 7 reps / 2nd set @ 7 reps

    ito dapat ang maging goal mo for the next week

    BB bench press - 110 lbs - 1st set @ 5 reps / 2nd set @ 5 reps

    or

    BB bench press - 100 lbs - 1st set @ 8 reps / 2nd set @ 8 reps

    @red

    Ganun nga first option ko bro kaso naisip ko din na baka mas masarap pag bagong luto. Haha. Baka ganun na nga lang gawin ko, tas initin ko na lang tuwing bago kumain. Oks lang kaya yun?

    @nrg500

    Yung 5lbs bro as example lang naman yun, sample weight lang. Btw, dun sa 26 workout plan kasi yng sample log sheet may katulad nung last post ko na pababa yung rep pagdating sa 2nd set. Meron pa nga weight naman yung nag decrease, 1st set - 175 x 5 then 2nd set 170 x 5

    Wait lang bro, baka hindi ata tayo nagkakaintindihan. Hehe. Ibig ko sabihin e ang gagawin ko is isang lutuan na lang. Then initin ko na lang sa microwave siguro yung ulam tuwing kakain ako.

    tingin ko, soon ,makikita na rin nila ang increasing demand nyan, mapapansin din nila na lumalaki ng ang market para sa mga bodybuilders dito sa pinas. andami ng gustong gumanda ang katawan ngayon, sa gym namin halos mga college students, hindi rin nawawalan ng mga tatay at lolo lalo na ung mga juvenile. balak na ring palakihin ng owner ng gym yung pwesto nya, minsan masikip na kami. just like this forum, nakikita ko halos everyday may nagreregister out of no where considering na hindi pa gaanong optimized tong site na to sa mga search engines. so i really think na lalaki pa tong community na to! cheers!

    Safely Storing Hard-Cooked Eggs
    What is shelf life of a hard-boiled egg?

    Uncooked eggs can be satisfactorily stored in the shell for four to five weeks after they are packaged (so generally at least three weeks after you get them home from the store.) Hard-boiled eggs, however, should be consumed within a week. Why the difference?

    Egg shells are porous. The hen makes up for this by adding a natural coating, but the government insists that eggs be washed and sanitized before being sold, which washes away the coating. The egg processor sprays on a thin coating of an odorless natural mineral oil to reseal the egg. But your cooking washes this coating away, as well, leaving a drafty shell once more, which is susceptible to the invasion of odors, off-flavors, and bacteria.

    Hence the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the American Egg Board, and other egg know-it-alls give you a week to use up your hard-boiled eggs (providing you got them into the refrigerator within two hours of cooking).

    Pero for me prefer ko pa din yung sinabi ni red para sigurado, iwas nga lang kayo sa bugok na itlog at baka sumakit tiyan nyo. :)^Ayos din yang egg whites na yan ser ah. Sana nga may makapag manufacture din nyan dito. Gaya ng sabi ni zane for sure tataas ang demand nyan dahil nga dumadami na din ang mga health conscious at body builders dito sa Pinas. Aprub!

    yep, even i noticed college students/ TAND-ers na nagg-gym samin recently. Minsan di ka makakabuhat pag di ka sumabay sa dami nyong nagbubuhat at the same time.

    Na notice mo din pala ung mga nagre-register heheheh. CHEERS to PBB!

    2. You can lose weight by training, and mag-gain ka rin ng muscle at the same time.
    3. Mas detailed sana ung training and eating habits like:
    Breakfast,snack,lunch,dinner and workout program mo

    BTW, di ako expert experienced lang =)
