Belly fat is a very common problem in today's lifestyle. In men, extra body fat tends to store around belly area. To fight against belly fat belly stretching exercises like bending back and forward is very best. Egg is very good to fight against belly fat. Lemon is also good to reduce fat of our body.

I have exactly the same problem.
I am skinny fat. Skinny arms and legs, big belly.
I am already satisfied with my arms and legs (not muscular but just right) but my belly seems to stay.
I want to get rid of it because it does not look good and it is a health risk.

I am just being patient. I lift but I also do cardio regularly.

^It's because you don't lift like a MAN so don't be surprised with your physique.

Start to eat clean as in very clean.

Tama ung mga ibang post we need to see the belly for reference. Pero most of the time water retention lang yun sa me belly natin. Try to eat with less to no salt. Cardio at least twice a week and concentrate on core and whole body exercises rather than isolation.

Question pa, what's your weight loss progress?

^Eat clean or be in a calorie deficit? Also, removing salt from your diet can do you more harm than good.

kailangan ng katawan naten ang salt or sodium, theres a minimum and max amount of sodium to take everyday. belly fat is belly fat,

I'll still go for eating right and clean coz that works for me and counting calories and macros for me is just waste of time IMO if your goal is just to get lean and slice those belly fats.

Belly fat is the last portion na mababawas sa total fats mo if you try to get lean, hinde naman puwede na ung belly fat lang ung mawawala so lahat gradual huli nga lang ung belly. Pero siyempre iba iba ang case sa bawat tao.

regarding salt, for starters hinde mo naman talaga maiiwasan salt kase halos lahat naman ng kinakain natin me salt(sodium) so try to control kapag ikaw ung naglalagay.

    IMO.

^What works for you may not hold true for others due to a lot of factors. Besides, no matter how "clean" we eat whatever we ingest with the exception of water, is composed of calories. So what makes you say that counting calories and managing your macro's is a waste of time when the absolute truth is that we gain/lose weight by manipulating our cals and macro distribution?

Parang suntok sa buwan yung approach na "eating clean" to lose weight when you don't know the "science" behind what you're doing.

Without using google, what are your facts behind the consumption of salt in relation to losing weight and cutting down your body fat?
