Friday : 9pm-6am shift, coming from a 3pm-12mn shift the previous day. (I hate my sched dito sa new work ko 3 months na ako 2x ang shift ko every week kaya nahihirapan din ako nasisira ang body clock ko i have to wake/sleep at a specific hour.)
Saturday: 6am - 3pm Jogging with college friends + dota galore
3-8pm Canvass of stuff with wife
10pm sleep
Sunday: 7am wakeup
9am-6pm went to buy cabinets and bed with wife (alam mo naman ang babae)
6pm I started to sneeze, after an hour of sneezing ko lang naisip na uminom ng alerta (my reaction pag humihina ang immune system ko)
so ayun, sipon tapos nag drain sa throat which lead to sore throat which led to a fever hahahah.
haha thanks bro punta ako doon ngayon sa cnc papsama lang gf ko may titignan daw siya try ko walang bilhin. teka bro para san ba yang BCAA? pre, post work or anyday?
bro mas ok ang BCAA for cutting pero maganda rin siya for bulking, kasi minimal ang muscle loss at syne-synthesize nya ang protein for muscle building.
Yeah bro empty stomach mas effective si wf. Pag before work kasi Ako nag g-gym dati 1 3in1 na coffee tinitira ko empty stomach din. Rice Tapos either tuna/egg or chicken/egg ang pso meal ko
i ordered it sa states.. tapos super grabe ung clumping... hndi cya bagay sa climate natin. tinapon ko kahit puno pa mga 10 scoops lng ata nakuha ko nun...
Nung paubos na ung WF ko nag clump siya tas nag change ng color. Nag inquire ako sa controlled labs rep kung bat nagiging ganun sabi nya it's still the same naman(which works fine) ung appearance lang nagbago ilagay daw sa ref.

I improved on dumbbell presses from 110 lbs to 120 lbs
I felt i could add 10more lbs but next week na lang siguro.

Coming from a 2 day off, I started my 1 week cycle again and I started with Chest/biceps with my bro.
I woke up 4pm and i took a scoop of WF. Didnt felt the tingles, I thought to myself maybe i shud increase the dosage.
But as I warmed-up my body just turned itself on and I finished strong thru my workout.
I was stronger on my whole workout especially on my incline dumbbell presses,

Everybody in my gym stopped to look heheheh, syempre ung mga mamaw dun di kasali ung mga regulars lang.
Pero I dont attribute it all to just WF, I think im getting way better not only with WF but with DY's program and Proper Nutrition.
