naku, wala pa.. gusto ko sana ma involved kasi gusto ko talaga yung strength training kaso gusto ko muna ma experience ang bodybuilding.. late bloomer kasi ako..hahahaa

Sa January yung National Open for Novice sa isang Robinson's Mall ulit gaganapin yun malamang di ko lang sure kung saan. Tanong ko na lang sa former coach ko.

ako nakaka 5 scoops ako ng whey per day lalo na pag tamad magprepare ng food. pero pag may food na available 3 scoops lang..
sagad na yun sir naka flex ang 17" ko.. hehehe kaya focus ako sa arms ko ngayon..
