    in din ako sa height hehehehe.. un nga lang ako pinakamaliit sa inyo..

    ako nakaka 5 scoops ako ng whey per day lalo na pag tamad magprepare ng food. pero pag may food na available 3 scoops lang..

    sagad na yun sir naka flex ang 17" ko.. hehehe kaya focus ako sa arms ko ngayon..

    hindi ako naniniwala sa light training pero ng light training ako kanina.. hehe dahil sa injury sa right shoulder ko..

    chest ko kanina

    BB bench press

    warm up set = 120lbs x 12
    1st working set = 150lbs x 10
    2nd working set = 180lbs x 10
    3rd working set = 200lbs x 10
    4th working set = 220 x 8

    DB incline bench press

    warm up set = 100lbs x 12
    1st working set = 120 lbs x 10
    2nd working set = 160lbs x 10
    3rd working set = 200 x 8

    dips

    body weight lang = 190 lbs

    cable crossover fly

    warmp up set 40lbs x 10
    1st working set 80lbs x 10
    2nd working set 100lbs x 10
    3rd working set 120lbs x 10

    dumbbell pullover

    warm up set 50lbs x 10
    1st working set 60lbs x 10
    2nd working set 80lbs x 10
    3rd working set 100 lbs x 8

    routine finished in 1hr

    syempre nagpayabang may nag papapaturo ng chin - pullups sa akin ang ginawa ko eh neck pull ups.. lalo tinamaan ang right shoulder ayun lalong sumakit.. aray masakit.. hahaha

    oo, medyo light pa kasi hindi ko pa sinasagad lakas ko wala pa spotter.. muntik na rin ako na engaged sa power lifting kaso bodybuilding muna. heehehe

    naku, wala pa.. gusto ko sana ma involved kasi gusto ko talaga yung strength training kaso gusto ko muna ma experience ang bodybuilding.. late bloomer kasi ako..hahahaa

    Ah ok, iilan pa rin lag ang PL teams dito satin. Kahit sa mga meets mapapansin nyo same cast of characters hehe.

    Sa January yung National Open for Novice sa isang Robinson's Mall ulit gaganapin yun malamang di ko lang sure kung saan. Tanong ko na lang sa former coach ko.
