Been doing Bodyweight exercise and some lifts for 4 months but no improvement in my body

Hi guys, I’m new here and I just want to know kung ano pwede ko gawin kasi ilang beses na din ako tumigil magworkout dahil sa disappoinment. I’m around 169cm and only weights 45kgs. Kumakain ako ng tamang amount and minsan sobrang dami pa, nagbbike ako like long rides talaga and some bodyweight exercies. To no avail di talaga ako tumaba. So I tried building muscles nalang since may equipments dito sa bahay, nagstart ako sa Bodyweight exercises kasabay ng lifts. Pero wala talaga hahaha for four months sobrang onti ng nakita kong change, sobrang nadisappoint ako. Nagtone lang ng konti ung muscles ko sa arms, sa thigh and abdominal area pero di lumalaki katawan ko. Huhuhuhu iyak nalang hahaha gusto ko lang sana humingi ng opinion ng iba kung ano pwede ko gawin. Usually and diet ko ay kanin and ulam na source of protein like fish+eggs, chicken+eggs, beans+eggs. Help naman mga sir.

  • iwasan mo ang long rides mo...... focus ka sa basic lifts start sa big 5 compound exercises kumain ka pa ng mas marami 2months panigurado makita mo difference
