    International Chest Day!

    Warm up (pabebe treadmill 2 minutes)

    SM BP - 50kg 2sx12, 70kg 2sx8
    SM Decline BP - 50kg 3sx12
    SM Incline BP - 25kg 3x12
    Cable Crossover 3sx12 20kg each

    extras:
    Triceps pushdown 3sx12 40kg
    Side lateral raises 3sx12x12x8

    Back to basic muna ako. Masyado maraming holidays at yung availability ng gym masyado na limit since ginamit ang kabilang room for memorial ng namayapa naming company founder. Kaya na sira ang program. Nag gain ako sh*t lalo na sa mid section sobrang hassle. At nagkaroon pa injury sa right shoulder kaya apektado din ang pag bbench pero tolerable naman. Eto nanaman may parating na long weekend Nov. 13-15 taenang yan.

    hahahaha paps lomobo ulit mid section ko ka badtrip na tignan at nag gain talaga ako pati office pants ko nanikip eh bad trip. Nga pala saang planeta ka galing at nawala ka ng ilang lightyears hahahaha

  • kahit ba sa incline paps masakit? dati kasi na injured shoulder ko sa right dahil sa db pullover,napilipit at sabi sakin likod daw yung naipit kahit sumasakit yung buong delt sa right lalo na pag na bench flat,pero sa incline hindi nasakit. at naka ayos sa injury ko pag hang sa pull up bar. kala ko nga dislocate lol

    Hindi ko talaga ma trace kung saan talaga na injure eto paps eh, one sumakit nalang sya hanggang ngayon sobrang hassle.

  • ganyan din yung sakin,walang problema sa mga pulls.. na lagitok nga lagi noon kapag sa pulls at nawawala yung sakit heheh

    Syempre paps I priority mo ang mga supps ng mga superkids mo haha bago ikaw, pwede mo naman kunin sa food yan ikaw pa!

  • ma ssuggest ko lang paps sa pull up na technique dapat deadhang lagi tapos yung paa mo parang naka luhod na position. kung ano stance ng grip mo sa lat pull down ganun din gawin mo,pero ako kasi naka wide lagi sa pull up pero sa lat pull hindi,weird nga lol
